A refreshingly positive online experience.
The product was keenly priced and when I had a question, I was able to talk directly with a staff member. I've had some bad experiences online but I was always confident that Diamonds Camera would be a good experience. And most importantly, the product arrived very quickly. This was a refreshingly positive online experience.

Our Camera Go To Every time
Diamonds Camera Adelaide has been our go to for years. My son got into aviation photography at a young age and Joe was so helpful getting him set up. Over the last few years his love for photography has seen numerous upgrades with Nikon cameras and lenses etc. Joe and Shaun provide excellent customer service and knowledge. It is so important to have that personal contact when buying expensive equipment. I highly recommend the team at Adelaide for knowledge, customer care, service and equipment. Now to test out that new Nikon 180-600 lens, thanks Shaun !!

Excellent people to deal with
I was after a new zoom lens and wanted to trade in my old one. The cheapest price I found was in Sydney but would not have been able to trade the old lens in. I was surprised to find the next cheapest price was here in Adelaide and contacted them to see if they could give me a rough idea of the trade-in price. I got a very quick response, and they even quoted a price on the new lens that was cheaper than the price on their website and the price for the old lens was also more than I expected. I always take very good care of my equipment but was very surprised when I went in to pick up my purchase, that Sean didn't even test the old lens and gave me the price he quoted. Couldn't be more happy with price and service and Diamonds will definitely be my first port of call for future photographic purchases.
