Super service from Mustafa, very comfortable and clean car. Mustafa made my travel much easier taking care of all paperwork crossing the tunnel.
Best service at best prices and i totally recommend Diamond services 👌
Great experience with Diamond Pet Travel! They picked Daisy and me up directly from our hotel in Paris and dropped us off at our home in London. The whole journey was smooth, comfortable and stress-free. Everything was very well organised and Daisy was well taken care of throughout. Would definitely recommend! 🐾🤍

We can't recommend Diamond Pet Travel highly enough!
They transported our three cats from Munich, Germany to Perth, Scotland and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We thought moving pets internationally would be a very stressful experience but Mustapha made the whole journey easy and gave us complete peace of mind.
He was friendly, professional and reassuring. He kept us updated throughout the journey with regular texts, photos and videos of our cats, which meant so much to us. Being able to see that our pets were safe, comfortable and being well looked after really made all the difference.
The care, communication and professionalism we received were exceptional. A huge thank you for making such a big journey a positive experience for both us and our cats!

Thank you so much, Karen, for taking the time to write such a beautiful review. ❤️ Your words genuinely mean more to us than you know.
It was an absolute pleasure looking after your three beautiful cats on their journey from Munich to Perth. We understand that when you hand your pets over to someone for such a long journey, you are trusting them with members of your family — and we never take that trust for granted.
Knowing that our updates, photos and videos gave you peace of mind throughout the journey means so much to us. Their safety, comfort and happiness were our priority from the moment we collected them until they arrived safely home.
Thank you for trusting Diamond Pet Travel with such an important journey. It was a privilege to be part of it, and we wish you and your three gorgeous cats a lifetime of happiness together. 🐾❤️

We used Diamond Pet Travel to transport our two Shiba Inus from the south of France to London, and couldn't be happier with the service!
Mustapha was professional, responsive and genuinely caring throughout, from the first enquiry all the way to delivery. He took real care with our more nervous dog, adapting his approach so she'd feel safe, and brought a colleague along specifically to make sure both dogs were comfortable the whole way. He kept us updated during the journey and our dogs arrived safe, calm and happy. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, caring pet transport service!

Thank you so much for this wonderful, heartfelt review — it was an absolute pleasure transporting your two beautiful Shiba Inus! 🐶❤️ Their comfort and wellbeing is always my top priority, so I’m truly happy to hear they arrived safe, calm and happy. I brought Naz along specifically so we could both give them extra care and attention — especially your more nervous girl — and it means the world to me that she felt safe with us. 🐾 Thank you so much for your trust and your kind words — it means everything to my business. I’d be honoured to help you anytime! 🙏

Thanks so much Mustapha for a great service. Its was much appreciated and we enjoyed the journey and your professionalism and knowledge/experience of the Le Shuttle route made this our smoothest crossing yet. Our dog Beau was comfortable and safe throughout. We had to switch to a pet taxi to make the return crossing after our motorhome was damaged in Spain and the insurance company repatriated us. This part of the return journey was the only part that went without a hitch!

It was an absolute pleasure looking after you and Beau, and I’m so pleased to hear that you both had such a smooth and comfortable journey. Beau was a pleasure to travel with, and his safety and comfort were my top priority throughout.
I’m very sorry to hear about the damage to your motorhome and everything you had to deal with in Spain. I’m just glad that, despite the difficult circumstances, I was able to make the return journey one less thing for you to worry about.
Thank you again for trusting Diamond Pet Travel. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I sincerely wish you and Beau safe and happy travels for the future. 🐾❤️
Mustafa was kind, professional and a great driver! Very glad we went with Diamond Pet Travel. We are so grateful for his last minute booking and help getting our cat safely to the UK. Le shuttle was experiencing delays and he did all he could to keep us comfortable and get us on an earlier train.
