Placed my first order ($100+-) with them. One of the items was a small jar of CBD Oil. The jar did not appear to be as full as it should have been so I emailed customer service with some photos. Within half an hour+- Shari wrote back saying she’d shipped out a new jar. At a time when “customer service” seems to be nonexistent I was very impressed. Thank you; will certainly order from them again!

I made an order on Tuesday June 26 2024. I sit here on Saturday June 29 2024, and it has not shipped yet..very disappointing. I was going to make a larger purchase, but changed my mind. This company sucks, will never buy from again and recommend you don't either!! The sad part is I live only an 8 hour drive from them...U decide.

Have ordered from them for the last year. Finally had an issue and they were super fast in their responses and solution.

I ordered the wrong type of cbd gummies. After my husband had an issue is when they told me what I had done. We have ordered from them for years but what we ordered no longer is available so I had to order a different kind. When I told them about it they responded very quickly and and replaced them with the correct ones. We will continue to order from here. Always quick to receive product. I have noticed prices are more and I get less product from my previous type

My experience with DiamondCBD has been absolutely wonderful. They carry a wide range of high-quality products, but the unparalleled customer service I have received from them is what makes them stand out.

My first order with them was in October of 2023, and I was a little surprised when I got a phone call from them to verify I had placed the order, but then realized what a great fraud/"kid with Mom's credit card number" preventative measure that is, and I really appreciate that courtesy!

Since then I have placed 13 additional orders, which reflects how happy I have been with their website, products, promptness of delivery, and the entire experience. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder 15 years ago, and while it is completely controlled by an anti-depressant (thankfully) I'm still "wound a little tight" as my ever-patient fiancé kindly puts it. These products have quite literally given me back the ability to chill out and de-stress.

The staff's knowledge of their products is MASSIVELY helpful for a new customer like me - I have requested and gotten great recommendations on which products they suggest for my personal needs/preferences, and they often can offer additional discounts or throw in a free item, which has let me try a few things I might not have considered.

I had one disappointing experience with one product (which was a re-order of an item I very much liked) and they went above and beyond to replace the item, followed up to make sure that I was happy with the replacement product, and made sure I was well-taken-care-of.

I HUGELY recommend DiamondCBD and cannot overstate how much of a positive impact they have had on my well-being! 10/10

Sale Prices are BS! Get a coupon for 50% off, they jack up the price outrageously before applying the coupon. E.g. 7g of flower - $71. Minus 50% - 35.50 right? NOPE. Now the price is like $115 minus 50%, so you save like $6-7. LAME BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Only been a customer for a few months. There was a mix up with my order. In less than 1 day my issue was taken care of. A big thank you to great customer service.
