Very rude and unprofessional night customer service agents

Your website states you are opened 24hrs. I am currently in the states and wants to travel to the UK with my little ones. I have been calling for the past 3 days and no one ever picks up in the evenings. The couple of times I got someone to pick up the agent picked up and sounded very sleepy and rude. I used your services in June last year. Getting through to your customer service agents was not this stressful and unprofessional. I won't ever bother calling you again. Get professionals to do your job.

Useless

I have literally lost count of the number of times this provider has let us down. The quality of support staff is abysmal, all disinterested and lacking basic knowledge.

Diamond International by Rail…

Diamond International by Rail (Eurostar), is the worst experience. It’s ridiculously expensive for NOTHING, they call themselves vip service, but it’s a scam.

The list of services included in the package were: meet and greet, assistance with luggage, accompany passengers through all security check points, assistance with boarding and seats, escorting to the lounge, accompanying through customs and helping organise onwards transport.

The agent met us at the entrance to the station, however, he had no badge like many other companies do with similar service (which allows them officially to pass through) and they wouldn’t let him go through the premier boarding entrance. He started an arguement with security and was told he had NO OFFICIAL pass and his ticket was standard, which means he would have to queue in the other line, meaning no assistance would be provided with luggage or security check, immigration etc (which was part of the package), on top of that we would have to wait for him, if he could make it in time.

We cancelled his service there, and yet the company still insisted on billing us a full invoice.

There are better companies, who provide the service they describe for a better price and with professional standards. This was horrible.

Diamondair international is Excellent

Diamondair international services are outstanding and excellent.
My Mum was travelling to the UK yesterday and i needed someone to receive her at the airport and guide her through the clearing processes.
Joe from Diamondair international was professional and courteous.He exceeded my expectations.
My Mum was delighted. Her concerns and needs were taken care of.
I am happy i chose Diamondair international.

Expensive and misleading

For context: I am MOD based overseas and I booked this service to help my wife who was travelling with my 3 children on her own with 3 cases and a child seat.
The website is extremely misleading, the core services essentially provide you with a walking buddy and everything else is a "extra service" payment works on a invoice system therefore allowing Diamond Air International to add additional services on afterwards.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering this avoid this company, it actually didn't help my wife spend any less time in the airport and didn't make her journey any less stressful.
Given the total amount I paid it would have been cheaper for me to get a flight with my wife, help her to the taxi and then jump straight on another flight back home.

Diamondair International is a high…

Diamondair International is a high class provider of Airport VIP Services, and I am very happy about their service.

Paul managed to resolve this issue in a timely and highly professional manner. Thats why I corrected the review now to the 5 stars Diamondair International usually deserves. Hence their service (when it works) is OUTSTANDING - i.e. the Arrival Service for my wife worked out superb. Thank you for that - and Thank you Paul for taking care of this matter. I appreciate it.

I said I would use again and I did

Well I said I would use them again and I did. Got an email from Justyna a couple of days before the trip with the name and contact details of the host. Arrived at Manchester airport with my 78 year old mum, Mo was there to greet us, with calmness he took my mum and told her he would look after her through the whole experience. He checked her bags and was through security within 10 minutes, he settled her in the lounge and got her a coffee. Mo sent me a text message to let me now she was OK, which was a lovely touch. After a very pleasant lounge stay, Mo came back and escorted her to the plane. It was wonderful to know she was looked after from start to finish, I can not recommend this service highly enough especially in these current turbulent travel times. Five Star service!!

Required a fast covid test for…

Required a fast covid test for colleague who needed to travel abroad. Kuldip was super helpful and turnaround really quick. Only minor negative when you phone it would be good to either have an option for COVID tests or be put through to Kuldip. Would definitely use again when required.

Excellent rapid covid-PCR test arranged with less than 24h before my flight. Kuldip arranged everything over the phone and explained the whole process during a very stressful afternoon! Thank you. I made my flight and I will be forever grateful.
