As of today 12/08/2024, I am still unable to use DialCare. I have called several times before (not today) to fix things. Today I was not able to log in with multiple attempts. I waited a few minutes and tried again. I was able to log in, however, I was unable to set up my weekly appointment with Maryann Hudgins. Her profile does not show on my side if mine shows on hers. I still have been unable to use this for EDMR. It is useless if that is not available. I will have to stop my healing progress until it is available.
After they changed over to the "new" system, I have not been able to use it. My therapist and I use a phone call. It is impossible to do EDMR over a call. Need video.

I had a telephone appointment within minutes of my initial call and the dr was very informative and knowledgeable about my condition

I thought she went the extra mile for me and I appreciated that. I also want to say to LINDSEY...I have never spoken with you but I just read like ten complaints and you have been the one responding to them...that must be a really challenging thing to have to do everyday. I just want to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving...I am sure it stinks to have to deal with all the platform issues and anger from people...I could never do your job...I hope that you enjoy the holidays and remember that. you are loved by God.

I have a hard time making appointments, thankfully Ilene is a great help with that. I know they upgraded the system but it seems even harder to navigate which is annoying for me to deal with. Thankfully I am persistent but I cringe to think of people who are in desperate need of help and give up trying to make appointments. That is not fair to the client or the healthcare worker. Dialcare could have a greater impact with a system that functions more efficiently.

My therapist is providing excellent care! Dial Care's switch of platform is ridiculous!!! Your platform is not in compliance with AAMFT's Code of Ethics Standards. Week seven now.
As a person in the field, it saddens me to know that not everyone will have the patience to continue to endure, this malpractice. Unfortunately, insurance coverage often leaves individuals at the mercy of our health benefits packages. Dial Care has been given an opportunity to share a sacred place in thousands of individuals, couples and families lives.
I pray that this will not be the cause of "harm" to any clients. Individuals are reaching out to DialCare with courage and vulnerability to seek assistance in navigating life challenges.
Platform issues for seven weeks is unacceptable!

Very disappointed. The representative was curt and kept calling my son 'she'. And then to just give the rash a few days - even though it's been there a few weeks. I countered it saying the rash has been there for weeks already and he just said to see someone in person then. I think he just was trying to get me off the phone. A waste of time, not helpful at all. I feel bad for people who pay money for this.

Counselor is fantastic and the advice I get is superb. Please work on getting your system in better shape. It is both frustrating for the counselor and the client.

Counselor and customer support are excellent. Your website/platform is terrible. Unable to join video calls requiring calls into customer support with EACH SESSION. This delays my session time which is also frustrating.

The counselor was great but your platform stinks. Please fix it. I couldn't connect with my counselor. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and finally called support. Both days I have attended a session. The video portion does not work. My counselor is unable to see me. Please fix. It's embarrassing for you guys.

There was no therapy and it says I didn’t attend. I was waiting but the waiting room was not available the I got a message saying I wasn’t there.

The Dial Care system stopped working in mid-September when they installed a so-called computer upgrade. They have been completely unable to repair it since then and have no ETA for a working software. I’ve called repeatedly and so has my counselor.
My current counselor is fabulous. If I could access her calendar without paying more than I pay to Dial Care, I would skip Dial Care altogether.

Ms.Yanieke Gayle LPC was truly amazing, in just 3 sessions she helped me through one of the most difficult part of my life. Because I was really going through a stage where I was losing control and did not know what to do. With Ms. Gayle guidance, resources, encouragement and words of wisdom. I was able to shift and I am in a better place mentally and physically. I so appreciate her and I am thankful that I used Dial Care Therapy.

When you break a tooth on a Sunday & need to see a dentist but no emergency dentist is open. I found out about Virtual dentist from my insurance company & couldn't have been happier! Very helpful, not only called in medicine but also gave me some advice. He was very nice & caring! So glad I was able to get help on a Sunday.

I had 2 therapists and they both were the worst I have ever had in my 40 years of therapy. Do not recommend this program.

Connected with first therapist I tried and have been using for months now. Even got my husband to try therapy for the first time through my him booking with his own account and using my same therapist. Now, we can do joint therapy sessions and she has a connection with us both to know how to respond. I decided to book with her because I saw she also had a background in play therapy for children with sensory processing disorders. She has been able to help us both learn how to parent our 3.5 year old. Life changing.
