I purchased a bed online specifically…

I purchased a bed online specifically to avoid the hassle of going to a store, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The warehouse was given the wrong delivery address, and instead of resolving it efficiently, I had to make several phone calls to chase updates. Despite all this, my bed still hasn’t been delivered.

The service has been extremely poor—if it can even be called service at all. I would not recommend Dial-a-Bed to anyone based on my experience.

I purchased a Sealy Crawford Firm…

I purchased a Sealy Crawford Firm BedSet from Dial-a-Bed in November 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed. Within just four months, the mattress developed a massive dent, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. It’s a non-turn mattress, so there’s nothing I can do to fix or rotate it.

Now, only six months after purchase, the bed is in terrible condition and looks like it’s years old. I expected far better quality from a reputable brand and retailer.

I reached out to request a replacement. So far, I haven’t received a clear explanation about the collection and replacement process, or whether I’ll be left without a bed while it’s being sorted.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price paid, the quality and support have been severely lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this mattress to anyone.

What made my experience so great with…

What made my experience so great with Dial a bed is the friendliness of the staff and how they explained each bed on the floor it's quality and it's comfort. Marco Lucas in Hillcrest Durban was the best he was quick in helping and doing so with a smile very friendly was approachable made it easier to ask more questions so that you can understand the item you are buying. I highly recommend Dial a bed if you are looking for a quality bed and to pay for it with a smile because of how you are treated as well.

Weird sounds on my new bed

We bought a bed at dial a bed in montana Pretoria in January 2024 now its June but my bed is already making sounds and it's uncomfortable

Linda was extremely helpful and friendly and assisted to make the right choice.

Thank you Desiree Jacobs and online teamat Dail-a-Bed. We bought 2 single beds on 5 Feb 2021 and had a problem with them later on and they immediately replace them in November 2021.

Good service

I recently ordered through dial a bed online and had a good experience. I needed some after sales support because of a sizing issue I hadn’t previously taken into account. I was so pleased and thankful for the help I received, especially from Shanene Smith, who went above and beyond to help me.

Dail-a-Bed online - EXCELLENT!!

I came across the Dail-a-Bed website one night while browsing around (Online shopping as per usual). I recall a sunday evening quite late, around a bout 9 or 10. when i clicked on the chat box and filled out my details so a consultant will get back to me since it is quite late... to my surprise Des responded on the chat almost immediately and was she super helpful , very friendly and very knowledgeable! I can recommend Dail-a-Bed online ANYTIME! The website is also very user friendly which any online shopper really appreciates!

Excellent Service

After placing an online order with Dial-a-Bed I needed to have bed and mattress delivered the following day, it stated on the order 2-3 days for delivery. I want to thank Thuli - a team member of the online store for her friendly and helpful manner and for assisting in getting the Mattress delivered next day, wow that was awesome.

I was so impressed by Dial a Bed that I went back the following day to buy another Mattress in store at the Centurion Lifestyle Branch, again I was so impressed with competent and helpful service received from Bongani in the Centurion Office, he kept me updated and did a courtesy call to confirm that I was happy with my purchase - thank you Bongani, really appreciate your excellent service.

To Dial-a-Bed : As a business well done, I was super impressed and extremely happy with the service received.
