Excellent service and good…
Excellent service and good communication. We needed a part for our boiler. British Gas said it would take them 10 days to get it but thanks to DHS we had the part the next day.

Good morning i ment to email you just been busy the parts i received fit brilliant packaged bang on which is a good job because the courier service u used was absolutely terrible YODEL and its not the first time ive had issues with them he literally left the package in full view of other people walking by on door step and walked off luckily my neighbor seen him and took it in for us or who knows if it would have still been there when i got home its all on cctv think you need to change you courier company

Great price and delivery
Second order from them. Delivered next day, free postage, great price. You can get someone on the phone with only a short wait (under a minute). They sorted a small delivery issue on my first order in an exemplary way.
Their website is good, with one caveat: there are quite a lot of discontinued items still listed, which can waste time when you’re searching for a part.
Will definitely use them again. Well done all at Direct Heating Spares

The product was as described and good quality.
The product was as described and good quality, however I ordered on a Friday, paid for next day delivery before 12pm but didn't receive until the Monday. Consequently had to buy another one from another supplier for next day delivery which was delivered next day.
