I had order from here before; I used 2 of the 3 filters no problem so I wanted to order the same ones. I made sure to order more before I put the last one in just in case there was a problem. received new ones and they aren't even packaged as d filters so I spent 15.00 more for a pack of filters I could have gotten elsewhere. 1st one is leaking. Never again! Buyer beware!

1st order, counterfeit postage, sent message to customer service and 4 days later, package received in perfect order.

Ordered filters early December, realized today I hadn't received anything. Went to look up tracking and the package was confiscated for counterfeit postage. What a racket. These people are POS.

Ordered several filters for my Whirlpool fridge and checked two days after placing the order to see where they were in the shipping process. Was notified by USPS that they confiscated the package due to conterfeit postage. Let the buyer beware.

Ordered filters. Order was paid for, packed and shipped. 2 days later it was confiscated for having counterfeit postage. Filters said it was being corrected and shipped. No more heard. Order not received. $45 up in smoke.

I ordered 3 EDR2RXD1 filters and 1 pack of air filters
I received 6 W10295370A/W10295370 that replaces Every Drop filter 1/EDR1RXD1. Sent an email with a picture of the incorrect filters and left a message so far no call email no answer on their phone number. They did get the correct air filters.
Update: I resent photos of the sent order they replied
sending the correct order . We will hopefully get what we ordered.

They don't even know Rhode Island is a state! I am trying to order filters and in the address area, there is every state to select in the drop down except Rhode Island. Hello!! We may be the tiniest but we do exist as part of the 50! SMH

The replacement water filters I order are right ones first time order.
I found this company on the web site, liked the home page and about the company.
I did question they about reviews, like most reviews you don’t know who they are or from.
I was using A____n and the service from D Filters very good*****

I highly recommend this filter to anyone looking to enhance the water and ice quality.

Had some bad luck with those cheaper filter 2 packs losing water flow and banging sounds. Bought this one and 0 issues off the start. Worth the money.

My Whirlpool manual outlined two different numbers for the water filter depending on the refrigerator model numbers, so I wasn't quite sure if this was the correct filter. The photos on Amazon showed a filter with the same color as the one in my refrigerator. So I ordered it. It was the correct one. The old one was easy to remove and it only took a few seconds to install the new one.

UPDATE: (06/20/2023)
I bought a new name brand filter and it had the same issue. A repair person came out today and informed me that the water filter housing was bad. I am waiting for a new one to be installed.

I have had 2 orders with them. The first order 5 of the 6 filters worked out of the box. One did not. I just started to use the second order of 6 and have gone through 3 of them - no water flow. I will check the other 3 filters to see if they work - if not I will go to the local store and buy a brand name filter for the same price as the 6 pack - but it will work out of the box.

Worked well easy install and a great price

So, I was solely a pur water filter person. Since being discontinued, I read many reviews on cheaper brands. My issue was more of the taste of the water. Yes, this is a pricey filer, I will admit. However, the taste of the water is phenomenal. Clean, crisp and no after taste. Since I only replace this filter every 6 months, I will stick with this filter.

The price for these is far above what my old fridge filters were (for a Samsung). It does what it's supposed to do, just wish there were some cheaper and reliable alternatives.

Took me awhile but I finally found the filter that will fit the refrigerator. I have bought these a couple of times already and will continue to buy them. They fit great. Work as they should and even though they seem a little pricey, it's worth it considering, I only have to buy them 1 or 2 times a year for a household of 2.
I will be buying another one in 6-8 months when the time comes.

I ordered filters for my refrigerator from an ad that matched my filter number 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝘿 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙗𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚 that matched the filter I need. What arrived were nothing like what I ordered; I emailed D Filters to explain the error. Someone named Rachel asked for my refrigerator identification information. I took a picture of the manufacturer’s id tag, along with a picture of the filter I ordered and of one of the ones D Filter sent. “Rachel” responded by saying I was sent the correct filter. A common bait and switch, in my opinion. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
