Total scam. Ordered a pair of Adidas sambas, never received and now the tracking info no longer works.

ordered a pair of boots that were advertised on tiktok, had a verification email then a "your order has been dispatched" email the next day... THAT WAS A MONTH AGO! I went back to track my order and the links no longer exist or their website and everything advertised on tiktok is GONE!
I've emailed them numerous of times with no reply or acknowledgement towards my questions and my bank won't give me a refund ABSOLUTELY FUMING.
Bought adidas trainers through the following account sophiewilson_’s account through a link that went to the Deyra store, you receive what look likes genuine emails and even order goes on shopify app. But no emails are replied to, and now links no longer work! Reported Sophie Wilson if she exists on TikTok but am now blocked ! Reported to UK fraud. So AVOID!

I ordered some boots that I saw advertised on TikTok. I was sent a confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation. I was also linked to Shop to track my parcel. After waiting for over 2 weeks, I tried to email the company and ask where my order is.No response. Went back to TikTok and all the videos about this company have gone and the website no longer works. do NOT give them any of your money!!!! Trying to work on a refund with my bank

This is a scam website! AVOID! And unfortunately reliable companies like Shopify are partnered with them and do not help you get a refund.
If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of boots on here on 11/10/25. Tracking stated “preparing for shipment” the next day. 12 days later it has not moved on tacking and I’ve sent 3 emails asking for an update with no reply. Must be a scam. Absolutely fuming.

Scam! Do not use. Adverts lie around Trustpilot reviews. Order “dispatched” from China. Incorrect product name on email. Emails not answered. Then when you challenge via TikTok you get blocked. Claim money back via bank ASAP.
