Excellent customer service. We have 2 dogs with different requirements and after some helpful advice, we were able for find some tasty treats for both. Great choice of flavours too. Our pup is loving the treats and we've started using these for training. Would definitely recommend 👌 Woof 🐕

My Dog Emmie absolutely loves the dried food. Her preference is the chicken. But loves the different varieties offered in the treats. Cannot fault the service at all.

I had a email sent to me for 50%off, so I thought I would give there food a go, a hour later when I put the code in it would not expect it, so I spoke to them they said it expired,what a hour after sending it, not very good is it.

I ordered through Amazon, the puppy chicken 6kg, it was delivered on the 3rd but I didn't get back till the weekend. They had sent Adult chicken, I order puppy kibble for my Chihuahua. Usually have BECO but I thought I would give DEVOTED a try. I sent an email on Sunday to DEVOTED and as yet have had no reply, then I saw on FB they were doing an offer of 30% off so proceeded to order the puppy 6kg. Was doing it through PayPal and no such luck wants to charge me the full price plus postage. So cannot say anything about the food as the adult bag is still unopened as I was hoping they would get in touch with me via email all I can say at this point is what a crap service you offer as actually no service at all

I have 15 dogs and changed to Devoted a month ago my dogs love it and I have seen a improvement in their health already
2 of my dogs had bad breath and it has gone completely there coats are looking better and they never leave a morsel 😊

Details, It sounds a bit daft, but I really like these food bags seal re-seal. It is like velcro but not. I have used many and fought with sliders and pinch and slide or just used a clothes peg. But these bags open and reseal quick and easy.

Devoted Pet Foods have stopped answering telephones or replying to emails. Their website is now permanently down and they seem to have been pulled by all of their resellers.

It seems pretty clear that they've gone out of business so I strongly suggest cancelling any payments for unfulfilled orders.

Devoted Pet Food is an excellent product and recommend by the breeder from whom we purchased our puppy.
However customer service is absolutely non existent and the company does not respond to any communication from customers.I phoned 3 times and left voicemails inquiring about my order which took a month to arrive. I tried e mail Facebook and Instagram messages with no response.I will for this reason withdrawn my custom . Gail Bell

Do not spend your money! They take your order and then don’t deliver. Despite several phone calls, emails and messages on Instagram, nobody has contacted me back about my order that I placed 4 weeks ago.

It’s a shame their customer service is so poor as the food itself is good quality! I wouldn’t bother though, as you’ll risk losing your money.

Food has not turned up after about 3 weeks. No one answers the phone, emails are returned to sender, no response on Facebook page. In fact their Facebook page has since been taken down. It looks like the company has disappeared!! I have now raised this as dispute with my credit card company.

From my current experience of Devoted Pet Foods I have learned not to order something if you need it in any time soon. Useless trying to enquire about the belated order as they don’t seem to respond to any contact and their email address returns messages as an unused address, which is also a bit of a worry. Thankfully after a week and a half I have received 1 of my orders but still waiting on a 2nd - no shipping confirmation as yet…

Devoted was recommended to me by a gundog breeder and safe to say I'm really happy with it. My pup loves it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Quick service - dog loves the food!

Customer service stinks, never received my puppy packs, never heard back from Lindsey, loved the food and had to send a litter of 6 puppies of with shop bought puppy food which does not reflect well on a kc abs and council licensed breeder. Never got an apology either

I've tried dried food over the years from several manufacture's but none seemed to satisfy him, he also farted like a little trumpet 🎺💨
I was recommended Devoted pet foods so gave it a whirl and Harvey loved it, of course he did He's a pug and he'd eat his own shadow if he could !
I love the fact that it is Completely Grain Free and it has 100% natural ingredients in.
I give Harvey's meals wet so it swells a little so he thinks he's getting more 😉
I give him the recommended 80g a day and he's lost weight which is fantastic but more to the point he's toot free !

Fast delivery and my dog absolutely loves his new food. It seems to gave helped with his allergies and he is no longer taking medication.
