I'm constantly searching for dependable hosting as a freelancer without having to pay enterprise rates. Devoster's quick NVMe hosting, free SSL, backups, clear pricing, and attentive support have made it an excellent choice for my client sites. I've been using them for five months, and I'm rather pleased with the service.
Overall I am very pleased with Devoster's web hosting. The control panel is clean and intuitive, setup was quick, and my sites have been stable. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is I would love to see a live chat option added to support, right now it is ticket based which works fine, just a bit slower when something urgent comes up. That said, the quality of the response is great and the hosting itself is a great value for your money...
I registered a couple of new domains with Devoster and linked them to my hosting plan right away. The whole process was painless, DNS management in the same panel, SSL provisioned automatically, everything live in under an hour. It’s the kind of smooth experience that makes running an online business less stressful. Small thing maybe but it matters when you have multiple projects.
It's been about seven years since I have been doing the creation and administration of small business websites. Have been using Devoster's reseller hosting for the past six months, and it has been working great so far. The white label configuration process was easy enough, the NVMe drives make a significant difference in speed for my clients' sites, and the control panel itself is something that I would not have trouble delegating to others.

The delegation point is one we think about a lot. A reseller panel isn't really doing its job if you're the only person who can safely touch it, so it's good to hear it passes that test.
Glad the white label setup was painless and that your clients are feeling the NVMe difference. If you ever want a hand onboarding a batch of sites, just say the word.
We needed a custom web solution with some API integrations but our in-house team didn't have the bandwidth. Devoster delivered on its development services. They got the brief, communicated well throughout and delivered a clean codebase that our team could actually work with afterwards. Obviously hosted it with them too and everything has been smooth since launch. A complete full service shop.

We are using Devoster’s managed hosting for a client project and overall it has been a good experience. Tech setup, security and uptime have all been great. One star off due to slight miscommunication at the beginning regarding the timeline for a configuration change, but when it was pointed out, they fixed it quickly and were apologetic. These things do happen. But the service is so good it makes up for that and I will continue to use them.

I used to be on one of the big shared hosting providers and kept getting slow speeds and support that felt like talking to a wall. I'm in a web dev forum, and someone suggested Devoster there. Migration was very smooth for me, literally zero hassle, and performance has been way better. The EU data centre option was important for my business and they covered that too. So glad I made the change.

Support was super slow and unprofessional and canned policy responses instead of real engagement, and replies that didn't show solid technical understanding.
Worse, there's a stack of restrictions (blocked mail ports, PTR approval process, requirement that are never made clear before you pay. Signed up to send a few transactional emails for my startup and hit a wall at every step. Not transparent, not helpful. Would not recommend.

To clarify, the VPS mail-port and PTR/rDNS review process was recently introduced due to abuse of VPS IP ranges for spam and malicious email activity. That said, you were right to point out that this requirement was not clearly shown in the purchase flow at the time, and we acknowledged this in your ticket. This is something we are reviewing so customers have clearer information before ordering.
In your case, our team asked for clarification because outbound email and PTR requests can affect IP reputation and network abuse handling. However, once you explained that the service would not meet your needs and requested cancellation, we confirmed that we could refund the VPS service. After you asked us to proceed, the VPS refund was issued and the domain transfer authorization code was provided.
We understand that the process caused delays and frustration, and we’re sorry for that. Your feedback is valid, and we will use it to improve how these restrictions are communicated before checkout and how we handle similar requests in support.

Devoster’s been solid for my blog. Speeds are good, no random downtime, and the setup was super easy. I hit up support once because I messed up my DNS and they got me sorted fast. Honestly, for the price, this hosting is pretty awesome.
