It is with much regret that we are announcing the closure of Devon Valley Holiday Park on December 1, 2022. Following our eight months of ownership, we have concluded that the park, after 20 years of a visible lack of investment, is neither profitable nor reflective of the standards we want to offer guests. The park will not open for the 2023 season, and all bookings will be refunded. In these uncertain and difficult times, with a looming recession and the business facing a 300% increase in electricity costs, along with increasing staff costs, it has been regrettably concluded that to continue running this park in its current format is no longer viable. Devon Valley occupies a unique waterfront location in prime South Devon. It therefore has much potential moving forward. However, its current condition has resulted in high levels of customer complaints, and it fails to provide a holiday experience befitting of its beautiful location. We know that for many of you, this will be a shock, and we appreciate the importance Devon Valley has played in your family holidays over the years. We sincerely thank you for your business and support. If you have a booking for 2023, please get in touch with us at 0344 557 5100. Me and my family have been come here every year. We love it. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It's clean and tidy. My son loves it here. We're so upset to hear that it's not opening for this year. We love it there and hopefully it will be reopening again soon. 🤞

Devon Valley is our 'go to' holiday…
Devon Valley is our 'go to' holiday place. It is so laid back and reasonably priced. We booked for next year at the reception and the receptionist was very efficient, all we needed to do was to tell her what dates we wanted and what accommodation. Since writing this review, Devon Valley has closed, we are so sad :(

Great booking experience.
Very easy to use website. I decided to ring to book, and so pleased that I did. The lady was very friendly and extremely helpful. So glad that I did ring because she was able to sort out the same unit that we had previously stayed in, in May this year. We also had a slightly reduced rate for being repeat customers. So all in all very happy with my booking experience.

This is our happy place
This is our happy place, have been several times this year and its still not enough. Was introduced to Devon Valley by friends and haven't looked back. Great base for exploring south Devon and beyond. Stayed in a several different accommodations and never had any complaints. Staff are very friendly, facilities are great and the site overall is very relaxing with beautiful views. Love how dog friendly it is too. Recommend a thousand percent!

We have been going to Devon Valley Caravan Site for several years and we have never been let down. Everyone is always so friendly and always going the extra mile to make sure our holiday is wonderful. My family can highly recommend them.

Just came back from a four night stay…
Just came back from a four night stay Devon Valley we had a bronze caravan it was very clean and tidy .we thought the whole site was clean and tidy.
Down side outside food shack not open which told was excellent by other visitors. Staff very friendly.
Would recommend and dog friendly.

I have been visiting Devon Valley for many years now. I have always found the members of staff in the Booking Office to be first class and very helpfull' I would like to thank the Lady who took my booking on the 5th Sept. I found her to be very efficient and most helpfull when I myself caused confusion with the dates. She was first class. Unfortunately I forget to ask her name.

This was our second Holiday at Devon Valley, our Accommodation A45 was fantastic, clean and all you needed, the Reception staff first class, what can you say about the entertainment team other than Outstanding, Adam and his team never stopped smiling our entertaining,my Granddaughter Francesca was happy throughout. This is a return visit to Devon Valley…
This is a return visit to Devon Valley Holiday Village. We had such a good time during August 22 that we are returning in 2023. Excellent value for money. The chalet was clean and comfortable. Reception staff most helpful. The entertainment was first class, particularly the Wizard of Oz performance.
