I ordered a selection of items as a gift and after requesting if it were possible for a gift note to be added, these were lovingly and beautifully wrapped and a card added for me with my message. Had a fabulous experience with customer service, specifically Nicci. I’d ordered something for my son and the wrong item was in the box, within 2 hours Nicci had a replacement ordered which arrived the following morning (it was a birthday present). Excellent customer service! I ordered a pair if baby dungarees for a friends new baby. It arrived swiftly and beutifully gift wrapped at no extra cost. I didn't actually realise that gift wrapping was an option until the store contacted me after I had completed my online order and gave me several gift wrap options.
