Device Doctors handled my transfer to Windows 11, including a new computer and printer. They cloned all my data etc. from my previous devices and set up the new system very well. They also dealt with a glitch caused by Windows 11 and its connection with the printer. An expert and capable service all round.

The whole experience was great.
The appointment was made to suit us - Brandon arrived on time -sorted out our Chromebook issues, as well as answering a few other questions.
All in all a very helpful visit.

After running my phone over with my pickup the screen was shattered, I rang device doctors and arranged for a repair, they are also mobile too so came to my house and fitted a new screen and checked the operation of the phone before handing it back, it took about 40 minutes to complete. Graham and his team were friendly, professional and managed to collect, fix and return my laptop within a week - got all my files back and it's working perfectly. They're incredibly efficient and trustworthy as it ended up costing less than the intial quote. Didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Will definitely use again!

Excellent customer service. A slight muddle with first appointment but Graham offered £20 discount when he accepted responsibility for this.
Brandon came to sort out my various issues and did so in a very competent fashion taking me through the process with patience and understanding. When I need help again I shall know who to call.

Very good service. Clearly technically capable and not pushy or overbearing. Genuinely wanted to please. Got my old iPhone up and running not worked in 2yrs and finally got back some precious memories from photos and videos I thought I would never see again. They are a bit expensive but I put that down to my own ignorance of how much is involved. They're customer service was great...they come to you! My one only issue was that I had to chase for updates but when I did they responded quickly. Very good service will recommend to anyone and will use again if needed in the future!

Very competent, friendly and professional. took my mainframe to them and within the hour they had diagnosed the problem and came up with a fix. Was a very reasonable cost. Will use them again.

We have used device doctors a few times from replacing a cracked iPhone screen to retrieving 1,000’s of photos from a defunct Apple Mac which nobody else would even look at. We’ll be forever grateful as these photos are extremely precious to us. The team are very respectful and take time to help those of us who are not very tech savvy and of a certain age !!

Very helpful & patient team - everything clearly explained. For us it was a very comfortable experience when updating our computer which we had been dreading - with Device Doctors help we now feel much more confident & have a clearer understanding of the systems.
