I love this company. They address allergy control, mycotoxin/toxic metals/radiation contamination. Some organic products. Not all companies care about this, so I like that.

I absolutely love this company and their products. Over the last few years I have bought different powdered herbs and superfoods from Detox trading to support my digestion, adrenal glands and mental health. I have always found their products to be of the highest quality, They come in resealable pouches I can easily use. And when I had a question they were super helpful and friendly on the phone. Highly remanded.

They have a terrific product range, they are quick and easy to deal with. They do exactly as they say, can’t fault them.

This was my first order from Detox Trading (£67 total), which included a packet of Activated Charcoal. When the parcel arrived, the charcoal packet had leaked everywhere inside the box, covering the other items and creating a huge mess on my hands, clothes, and kitchen surfaces.

I contacted the company to report the issue, but they accepted no responsibility for the inadequate packaging. Instead, they blamed the courier. There was no acknowledgement of the poor sealing or packing of the product, nor any recognition of the inconvenience caused.

They issued an £8 refund, but the overall handling of the situation reflects poor customer care and no willingness to improve the customer experience based on valid feedback.

I would not recommend ordering from Detox Trading Ltd.

I've been really impressed with the quality of the products, especially given the affordable price. After my first purchase, I was hooked. I picked up the raw cacao and some extract bottles, and the cacao looks and tastes amazing. The supplements are effective and work fast - love it!
I came back for more and wasn't let down - the other products were great too! The customer service team is super friendly and always keeps me in the loop.

Detox trading is my absolute GO-TO. From my experience the quality of the products are top class. I regularly get the Moringa, Camu camu, Kelp and Ashwaganda powders. Always the same quality. Also I have to mention the customer service is amazing too. There was an issue with my order and I was travelling and thought I wouldn’t receive my Moringa powder before. Sophia Helped me and got my order to me just in time for me to take it with. So pleased with detox trading. Will continue to recommend and order as long as the quality remains the same and is not compromised they’ve got a loyal customer in me.

The schisandra powder has the potency I was after. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and I'm really happy with it. Package arrived surprisingly quickly.

Sophia recently went the extra mile in supplying a batch of very detailed information for me about specific products. I’m posting here to convey my appreciation of their consistently excellent service - and they have never once asked for a review - which is today a rare thing! I love this company's powdered fruit and veg powders! The beetroot powder was delish. 100% lovely sweet beetroot powder without the nasty bulking and caking agents you get from other companies. Service was prompt. Price great. Will be getting a repeat 1 kg of this fab product. I also got the Blueberry powder too!

I was recommended to use Detox Trading by a friend for the purchase of Chaga mushroom powder, which I use daily. I found the price extremely competitive - far cheaper than what I had been paying - so I ordered a bulk amount. The order was swiftly processed and dispatched, and arrived within the advised delivery date. However, when I received the package, the seal on the inner bag had been damaged in transit, and some of the Chaga powder spilt onto my carpet. I contacted Detox Trading, not so much to complain, but just to let them know that the seal on their packaging appeared to be substandard, in the hope that this information may help them to prevent something similar happening to other customers.
Detox Trading responded very promptly to my email, and in spite of the fact that I had not worded my email in the form of a complaint, they apologised for the incident and offered to send me more Chaga powder, to replace what had fallen onto my carpet. I told them I had ample Chaga powder due to my bulk order, but asked if it would be possible to try a small sample of Lions Mane powder, as I had been researching the benefits of this, and wanted to try it, instead of receiving more Chaga powder. Bit cheeky of me really! But two days later a pouch of Lions Mane powder arrived in the post, and to be honest, the amount in the pouch far exceeded the amount of Chaga powder spilled. Communication from Detox Trading was prompt, polite and professional throughout this process.
To summarise :- as a first time customer, I found the product I ordered to be of good quality, and fairly priced. My order was processed and delivered swiftly, and I received a resolution of the small issue I raised which far exceeded any expectations I may have had. As a result, Detox Trading have secured themselves a new customer, and I will be wholeheartedly recommending them to friends and family. Many thanks to Detox Trading for a truly professional approach to customer services.

I’m very impressed as a first time customer of Detox Trading, the package arrived ahead of schedule, and was well protected. Each individual item comes in a sturdy recyclable pouch. I did a lot of research specifically on Shilajit and having read about Detox Trading, I decided to give them a try. This was an easy 5 star award and I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Under each listing, you will find a thoughtfully written and detailed explanation of the product, and I found this especially helpful. You have a choice of weights and sizes, which is brilliant as it means you can try something out, or keep within your budget. Personally I find the prices excellent for the quality you get. I've paid far more for far less many times in the past. I've only ordered twice so far, but both times my order arrived so fast I could hardly believe it! I'm very happy with the customer service. Although I did try to call with a question on my first order, when the answer machine kicked in, I decided to email instead and got a very friendly and helpful reply within 24 hours. So my advice would be to send an e-mail if no answer when you call. I have definitely found my go-to place, as I feel I can trust this company to provide me with the variety of quality products I have been looking for. Thank you Detox Trading for being there x x
