Almost a 2 year project that definitely wasn’t easy to accomplish but somehow, the team pulled through in a miraculous way. The design of the site was everything I envisioned at the beginning of the project. Along with the complex modules. Looking forward to owning my site and begin my future. Thanks to Desverso. I connected with Desverso after filling my information out on bark.com. I received a phone call very fast and started talking to a man named Ryan( won’t give last name for privacy). At first he answered every question I had to ask leading me to believe I can trust them. This was back in 2023/24. I decided to go with this company for my app idea. We wrote a contract (with some things I really didn’t like) and proceeded after meeting the owner in person at his office in Seattle. That was a 6 hr flight for me. They told me this project can be done in 6 months time (as written in the contract). After 2 month or so it seemed like it was on track and when they asked for a review I gave them a decent one which they put up on their page(I asked them to take it down). So through the remainder of the time it has been down hill after that. Their lead developer left then was replaced by someone else which was fired because of theft. We had an agreed amount on the project cost which i am now double the amount I paid and the project still isn’t done. I got a lawyer involved for a letter of demand which they ignored to last day they can answer it. Tried to come up with a reasonable contract and then they try to blame the delay on me because I simply just changed the name of the project and not any type of programming or algorithm. I am now sitting here in 2026 struggling to pay bills just scraping by with my project and idea in their hands. I’m currently looking for a lawyer to get either what I paid for back or for them to finish the project. I am coming close to 2 years of damage of revenue from my buisness and the amount of mental pain this has caused me is unhealthy. They had the nerve to say the project was completed then asked for TWO MORE extensions. Iv been waiting to test my project since 2024…. Now in 2026 I asked multiple times where my files are and they ignore and keep saying they will get it to me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I’m close to losing my apartment because I trusted this company would get done with this and it has been the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I worked 15 years saving up for this.. it was my baby and they are heartless about the project.
Nothing special about the quality of the work they produced. I was overcharged for the work that was done, the developer I was working with was a total idiot and spammed my text messages, emails multiple times during the day. The site went offline and stayed offline for weeks, when I reached out to the company to correct the problem thru WhatsApp group but after multiple followups, all I got was dead air. The site is offline and all my efforts to get the matter resolved have been not answered by the management in a timely fashion. Ryan has been telling me that they are working on it and it should be resolved soon but as a previous client, I have been given no importance. This is a horrible company, will never recommend or so business with them again.

Despite multiple attempts to address any concerns and reach an amicable resolution, you were unresponsive and subsequently disputed the payment after receiving and utilizing the services. Our refund policy, clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to purchase, specifies that dedicated server hosting is non-refundable due to the resources involved.

I paid 50% for a website in August for a completion date of Sept 20th 2024. Today is November 13th and i am still struggling to get my website up. I have been working with Ryan. I lost my 50% but am looking forward to getting my site up with in 7 days from another company. Very poor service.

Timeline and Communication: After placing your order and paying the initial deposit in August, you were unresponsive for over two months, which significantly impacted the timeline and project progress. Despite this delay, we remained committed to completing your website once you reconnected with us.
Unrealistic Deadline: When you resumed communication, you requested that the website be completed within 5 days—a timeline that was not feasible given the scope of work and the original agreed-upon delivery schedule. We made every effort to accommodate your request, but such a timeline was simply impractical without compromising the quality of the final product.
Payment and Progress: The deposit you made was used to initiate and progress the project. We have records of the work completed and the services rendered during the project timeline. The notion that you "lost" your deposit is incorrect, as significant progress had already been made before the delay.
At Desverso, we take pride in delivering quality work and value open communication with our clients. We are always willing to work collaboratively to resolve any challenges, but unrealistic expectations and a lack of consistent communication can hinder the process.

Working with Ryan and team for app development has been a great experience so far. Ryan makes sure to enable conversation directly with coders to ensure implementation goes as intended and his team provides additional value by adding in screen transitions and other appropriate effects to enhance the user experience.
