Our range covers electric height-adjustable standing desks, ergonomic office chairs, monitor arms, cable management systems and desk accessories. Desks come in multiple sizes and finishes, with dual-motor lift systems, programmable height presets and load capacities suited to multi-monitor setups.
We sit deliberately in the middle of the market. The materials, engineering and finish are what you'd expect at the premium end – the price isn't. We received a review request a month…
We received a review request a month after purchase. Instead of a working desk, we received defective equipment, and the replacement part sent to us arrived damaged as well. The monitor mounts also turned out to be poor quality. A huge waste of time and nerve-wracking, and to top it off, emails asking for feedback. A 1/5 rating is fully deserved. I ordered equipment from Flexi and had zero issues. I will never order anything from Desktronic again xD It's honestly ridiculous, as if the company couldn't understand that it's better not to annoy an unhappy custome

Lieferung war planmäßig und erfolgte wie beschrieben in zwei Teillieferungen.
Das Produkt entspricht gänzlich meinen Erwartungen. Schönes Design, top Verarbeitung und vorallem sehr stabil. Zubehör wie Kabelbinder als Klett und zum kleben sind sehr praktisch und runden das Gesamtangebot ab.
Empfehlenswert sind auch die separat erhältlichenen Kabelwannen, deren Löcher zwar selbst gebohrt werden müssen (da optionale Montage ist auch das sinnvoll), aber sehr praktisch sind. Nach einigen Versuchen, ist nun kein einziges Kabel mehr sichtbar.
Es gibt einige vergleichbare Mitbewerber am Markt, letztlich habe ich mich, auch aufgrund eines Schulstart-Rabatts, für Desctronic entschieden und bin mit Preis/Leistung sehr zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!

Very disappointing customer service!
Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of flexibility.
I was ready to purchase a desk, but the company couldn't even provide a simple quotation. I asked three times, but they kept insisting on unnecessary personal details, despite already having more than enough information to prepare an initial quote.
I'm familiar with the e-commerce system they use and know that all these details are not required for a first draft.
Very little willingness to help or accommodate a potential customer. Unprofessional and unnecessarily complicated. They lost a sale, and I have purchasing elsewhere.

Heel blij met mijn aankoop! Mijn bureaustoel is heel comfortabel, ergonomisch en ziet er mooi uit. Na een hele dag thuis te werken heb je met deze stoel geen pijntjes.
De levering was heel goed, je spreekt een datum en tijdstip af zodat je zelf kan bepalen wanneer je thuis bent om je product te ontvangen. Ook de installatie is eenvoudig en snel. Ik ben fan!
