Great experience . Secure packing

all the items were not delivered in time . the courier people did not put the goods inside the house and left outside the house which were heavy to carry inside. They charged for green chillies but it was missing in the items

Products are good just no customer service. Never replied to my email

The delivery and website were great - the mince meat did have quite a bit of fat - was not lean

Even though I'm not part of the club.
I also added mince, a lot of mince.
The order was delivered on time and was contacted by text at every stage.
The quality and packaging was as professional as a butcher supplier.
Slightly pricey, but what can you do.
So, a big four stars for Desime as that is a big deal when it comes to halal meat butchers.
I currently buy from Desime after failures from other halal meat online sites.

Delivery was spot on, and they followed my instructions for the guavas order perfectly. However, all the chickpea cans were badly smashed, which is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if I can use them.

They delivered my parcel at wrong address , I called them and they didnt pickup , I recorded my msg yesterday however today they their phone is not even ringing, i dont know why maybe they have blocked me from their number I cannot call them, it was 100 pounds order, even DPD refused to cooperate as their drivers finish their shift at 6pm so they can leave parcel anywhere? . I emailed desime they are not responding me back. Whose gonna pay my 100 pounds? Where is my order? What a audacity of driver to leave parcel at wrong address and upload the picture. Worst experience worst service. They dont even reply.

This time chicken steaks were not cut properly, used the old chicken pieces as they are not light pink in colour they were in yellowish colour and had bad smell in those pieces so it was mixed not all good pieces.
I have also ordered Pearl Basmati rice it has got special offer £19.99 sign on the package and i was charged £24.99 which is sad that they are not selling according to the offer price.
Dates package wrapping was ripped.
The remaining order was fine so gave 3 starts on that basis.

I like the fact that I can order online which is convenient for me especially during Ramadhan, I have ordered the meatbox - unfortunately I was not completely satisfied as I found the lamb with bones as I was hoping I would have some boneless lamb which is what my children prefer but my kittens did not mind so I have given a star for that.
This is expensive and carries a delivery charge too so you do have high expectations with your purchase when spending this amount of money.
