Wonderful logo services!

Did a good job but a little aggressive on trying to get me to upgrade no matter how many times I said no thank you.

I was in need of creating a vector file for my logo. I contacted Design Kix online and chatted with Alan. He set me up with Lucas who helped to get the file completed. Design Kix was fast, efficient and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

When issues arose, they were able to correct them rapidly and produce a fine product.

I worked with Lucas during my project. Lucas has Great customer service skills and did great explaining everything throughout the entire process. Lucas made the entire process smooth and I came out with a fantastic logo. I will definitely use this team again in the near future. Preferably Lucas!

James & Robert created my website for my company Authentic Connection Elevation Logistics. The turn around time for editing was quick. They were able to make my vision come true for my website. They were very professional and patient when it came to understanding the vision I wanted and making necessary adjustments to the website to make that vision come true. These folks get it done and fast too. We had them design our apparel logo and they nailed in less than a week which was crazy impressive. The communication back and forth was excellent. I did feel that the pressure sales to purchase other services was a little much, but I talked with Lucas about this after we landed on our final design and he was open to the criticism, which I admire. Their customer service really is about as good as you'll find to be honest. We received emails from the design team right along with regular text messages from Lucas throughout the process. We will continue using Lucas and his team at Design Kix for future services for sure.

Robert and Alex were very professional and patient with all the requests made to make my website looking exactly how i wanted. If I didn’t love how it was looking they had no problem making fixes! They stayed in touch by email, text, and the occasional call when needed. I loved the logo I had made as well! I recommend the logo/website/marketing package. definitely worth the money! (Just be prepared for the hosting costs to make your website “live”, they were able to work with me a bit on pricing which was much appreciated!)
