Risposta di Designer Watch Shop
Hello Aleksandra,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of receiving the wrong color watch, especially on such a special occasion as your anniversary. We understand how disappointing that must have been.
As mentioned in our first message, we apologized in the first sentence and provided instructions for the return process. The return form also includes an option for a replacement or exchange, and we are committed to replacing the watch for you.
Please know that this was never our intention, and we deeply regret that our service did not meet your expectations. We genuinely want to make this right for you. If you're open to it, we'd love to arrange for an exchange or offer you a solution that better suits your needs.
Regards,
DWC Team
