To clarify, the hosting and domain setup were always intended to be managed and owned by the client, which was communicated during the process. We also made a conscious effort to support you by offering our services at a discounted rate to accommodate your requirements.
Additionally, one of our consultants reached out to you directly and worked to resolve the issue promptly, as we didn’t want your project or ongoing work to be hindered in any way.
Our goal has always been to be transparent and supportive, especially for clients who may not be familiar with websites. If there has been any misunderstanding, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to discuss it further and resolve things properly.
