I was so amazed at the quality of the product at such an affordable price. Though the shipping took too long, it's understandable because of the peak season. Am glad though that even if it was shipped without a frame, the product was not damaged upon delivery.

The website UX was good, delivery handling was good, the process of ordering to receiving it just took a bit longer than I expected. However, I'm pleased with the product and I'm excited to display it.

First of all, I had a hard time looking up stores that offer this. And I'm really glad I get to find a local one that is cheaper compared to international but the quality looks the same! I like how the product is with a board so the print won't be messed up thru delivery, mine is the print only kasi without the frame so i really commend how they packaged it. Also, they were very responsive with my mails!! I'm happy with that. Definitely will order again next time :)

I ordered a star map for my mom this Christmas, and she loved it! Now, I want one for myself! The website is easy to use and delivery was on time. They even gave updates through email once the product was ready and was then shipped out. Will definitely order again!

If it not for the delay in delivery due to my order being broken, I would've given them a five. I appreciate the regular updates and offer to provide me with a different colored frame but I wanted to stick to my order.

Customer service with Desenyo Custom Maps is excellent! I had a special request to add in another line to my star poster, and they happily complied :-) I was very uneasy in doing custom posters, afraid that I might make a mistake or a misprint. Luckily, the team assured me by answering my questions and giving me a preview of the poster.
