My new shoes.
I ordered a pair of Gabor navy suede block heeled court shoes on line in my usual size 39. But, when they arrived, very soon after ordering, they were a little too big. I went to the store in Loughrea to exchange for a smaller size. The staff were so helpful & found my size. It was a very good experience!

Would like to say my issue with…
Would like to say my issue with Derverans Fashions was on my banks side rather than theirs. I was very disappointed to have to return the item in question as it was lovely (nice material and great colour)but too big for me.

I ordered two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes. The delivery was quick, and the items were well packed. Unfortunately, one pair didn’t fit and had to be returned. However, the entire process—from purchasing to delivery, returning the item, and receiving a refund—was extremely easy and hassle-free. I will certainly buy from them again! A five star seller!
