So far I am doing the 15 min workouts with Derval and Kate. I love how easy it is to fit this into your day and also do this from home. The workouts and challenging too

Order turnaround very quick. Received within 3 days in plenty of time for Christmas. No excuse now, plenty of healthy choices in the cookbooks. Great practical recipes. 👏

I ordered the bundle offer which was really good value - two cookbooks and two journals. They arrived very promptly with lovely notes containing words of encouragement also. Very impressed with the delivery, price and the contents. Really looking forward to my healthy living going forward.

The App is not working for me which is disappointing. Could be a problem on my end so my trial is almost over and I have not used it much because I have to do it always over e mail link 🤔

Friendly and efficient service
The selection of products available and the focus on Irish businesses is impressive. Very quick delivery of order. Nice note inside to say my choice of a particulaar item was sold out but an alternative was included, made life simpler for me than if I'd had to go back and redo my order to get the alternative. Overall, I like the sense from Derval.ie that I matter as a customer, that the personal touch is achieved online!
