I received the items and was excited to open the packages. From the images online to what the actual product looked like are far from comparable. I am very disappointed and feel like this is a true scam. I would not recommend their products to anyone.

Necklaces marketed towards men and the sizes would barely fit a child.

A mate and I decided to get the 3-4-2 deal and I ordered the Fjäril Mixed Chain, but it is definitely NOT worth the $78 (+shipping) I paid for it. The quality of the chain is cheap and light, and the stones in the butterfly are incredibly scratched. It’s like it’s not even brand-new and my bet is that I could’ve bought the same for a fraction of the cost on Temu. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if they sourced from Temu. Same goes for the Obsidian Chain Set that’s my mate bought, of which the necklace you can tell is very cheaply made and also not worth the price tag.

Would not recommend purchasing this product at all.

Took forever to receive my order. Very nice customer service but relying on country's postal service maybe not the best idea. It took so long to arrive it missed the occasion I wanted it for, but anyhow...looks nice enough, although it is just stainless steel and not very good quality at that....twice now just a slight bit of pressure on the chain in trying to clasp it and the links have burst open like a hot knife in butter. I think I'll just have to toss it in the garbage and learn my lesson on this one.

I bought a Body accessory from Dernholt, and were both amazed at the beautiful design, and quick shipping.

However when I opened my chain for the first time, and took it out of the packaging, it seemed as if the chain was already broken.

I immediately chose to fix the chain by opening the loops and putting them together. However after just wearing it after assembling again, the chain snapped again at another place.

I’ve unfortunately regretted my purchase as the chain is too brittle and fragile to wear.

Save yourself the money and disappointment and order from SHEIN or Temu instead. You’d get the same lousy quality but at least the price would reflect it. The products that I received did not match the photos, one necklace would have only fit a 2 year old if worn the way the photos showed. The body chains are terribly cheap quality and would surely break if you even gently pulled on them. After receiving the order I searched on SHEIN and found many of the exact same products with the same images that Dernholt uses on their website. It’s clear that they are just reselling cheap jewelry produced in china and charging a premium price simply for some fancy branded packaging.

Just got my body chain from Dernholt Stockholm and I'm super impressed! The quality is great and the design is unique and elegant. It was worth every penny.

Very cheap quality jewelry made from low quality metal and plastics. They keep stating the materials are listed and made known, but I ordered the "mystery box" - I guess that's where they dump their junk jewelry. It mentioned nothing of the materials, but i assumed if would match the rest of their products. Good luck returning it too, they don't cover return shipping and since they're in Sweden return shipping costs start around $40 and upwards of $100. I reached out to customer support first to see if they would be able to assist and they were incredibly defensive and said they use high quality materials and always state the types of materials in the listing (which was not the case for my item). I also asked if they would be able to assist in return shipping since I felt the items were misrepresented. They denied and didn't offer any options that may help reduce my return shipping costs. You'll see their very brazen and defensive response below, I'm sure.

Ordered one for three weeks ago and got it today. Took a bit time but it’s finally delivered. Quality is good and design is ok.

Dernholt has definitely won me over; I'll be back for more.
