I would like to cancel my subscription with dermavix.

It's a scam!
I got 3 charges on my account and its total of almost P16,000! HUHUHU! Please refund me my money!!!

Dermavix is fake and scam. DermaFix is the original brand.. You can check it on google. Beware of the scammers.. I've been scammed last july but they refunded my money and they are responsive to my email.

Please cancel my order and do not charge my credit card starting this August 2019. I was supposed to do this a few months back but I do not know how. I already called my bank related to this so any charge after this will not be acknowledged.

SCAM ALERT!!!

I was BILLED for a product that HAS NOT ARRIVED UNTIL NOW. Too bad, the customer service team is also TOO INCOMPETENT of their work. I requested for a refund almost a month ago and until now we haven't discussed yet regarding this matter. They will not make follow up calls unless they're chased again.

DermaVix is made up of a bunch of crooks. My poor wife of 53 years passed away on January 3rd, 2019. I told DermnaVix my wife had paased away. They then started sending me Dermavix product and ripping money out of my bank account. My bank is investigating DermaVix.

There T&C's state the following:

By placing your order today you will be shipped a 30 day supply billed only R53, shipping and handling. If you feel Dermavix Anti Aging is not for you, cancel within 14 days from date of order to avoid enrollment.

Guess what? I did not even receive any goods within 14 days to test the product and my account was debited wit R1449 plus the R53.

Please is there anyone here that can assist me to follow the correct channels so I can be refunded?

I have escalated this to the fraud department of my bank as well and they are still investigating the matter.

I have made several enquiries to their support centre and they only respond that they have stopped my enrollment.

I need my money back.

Who can I escalated this matter to?

My husband was tricked into signing up for $4.95 postage for one jar of cream. After that they’ve been taking $150 per month for four months without him noticing. The matter is now with the credit card company. A complete scam to be avoided.

TOTAL SCAM. If you ever see this product as a gift, stay clear of them. I got sucked in by the shipping fee. Once they get your details they take a “Monthly Subscribtion” as they call it. I NEVER agreed to that or the $400 removed from my account. I managed to get through to customer support and was told I should have read the fine print. I said your fraudulent and I will be contacting the police. I told them refund my account which they did, but only the last amount taken.....scammers!!!! I will still be contacting my bank and reporting as theft. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

I would have preferred a NO star rating for these scammers.

don't answer their emails don't make any orders. They get your credit card details when you pay for shipping. My husband got caught as he'd been overseas flying with Qantas when his bags got left behind in Sth America. The email scammers pretended that they were Qantas and wanted to send him an apology gift! Apparently he even had a choice of gift. We have no idea how they got he's email addresss. BE WARNED.
