I find the whole Dermatica experience to be a scam. Caused severe bad reaction and acne on my face and continued to charge me after I canceled. They did not notify me when they are charging me again and it is such a scam.

I would like to confirm that all charges were taken prior to cancellation and unfortunately there was no mention of side effects on your account otherwise we would ask to review these for you to ensure the treatment is correct and we are still on the same path
When you first start using prescription topical treatment, you may notice your skin becoming red and flaky as you have described. The treatments can also make your skin feel dry and tight as well as give you a burning, itching, or stinging sensation.
If the dryness, peeling, and/or redness are still uncomfortable for you, try applying your moisturizer first, waiting 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply your topical treatment to your face.
Alternatively, you can minimise any peeling by using the product every other night
Please be advised that with your first treatment you will receive a treatment guide that will explain how to integrate your Dermatica treatment into your routine, this guide will also contain some handy tips to minimise any side effects that you may experience. Every skin and its journey is different. Sometimes dryness, itchiness and redness is a part of the process your skin needs to go through to get the results

I received my prescription quickly
I received my prescription quickly. The directions in the packaging were far more descriptive than any other telehealth or face to face Derm. I feel like I am embarking on this clear skin journey with full support from the quick & easy to follow directions to the nurse check-ups & the customer service team. I did a lot of research - Nurx , Apostrophe & Curology to name a few. They were expensive & for the most part unresponsive. Dermatica is the best. Acne is embarrassing & I want to know that I have support as I try to improve my skin. Dermatica gets it. Their communication isn’t over the top bombardment with information or too little (here is you prescription expect another in 3months). Dermatica is exactly what I am looking for in a dermatologist.

My face is on fire and no one from…
My face is on fire and no one from customer services have got back to me yet. It’s come up all red and was stinging immediately. Washed it off and used plain moisturiser and the next day still stings but more like sunburn today.
To add after your response NO ONE has reached out to me at all. I’m fuming and I am not stupid I read all of the advice before using the product. Look at the pictures I sent in of my swollen red face. Funny how you get back to me on a review before anyone reaches out for advice! Ruined my skin after one use!

Product came in a timely manner and my…
Product came in a timely manner and my questions were promptly and personally answered. I haven’t had any negative side effects from usage yet so I’m hoping as the strengths increase I will see more radical improvement in my skin. There are results at just 2 months but they are very subtle.

I have had a pleasant experience. I am happy they follow up to see how I was doing with the treatment. Great formula was also provided and I had no adverse side effects. I totally recommend them.

My skin looks better after a week
My skin just looks better. I must have had a bad morning when I took my initial pictures. I’m taking my pictures in the same light about the same time and no make-up. My skin looks fresher. I really have not had many side effects. Maybe a little tingle when I first put my medication on in the evening, and perhaps a little dryness. Also, they have me .015 for the first round. My next prescription will be .025. It does seem to be working.

Defective Dispenser Resolution!
I recently received a dispenser of product that did not want to pump! The Customer Care team replied to me almost immediately with a suggestion to try to get it working. Although I was not able to get it working, the team was able to refund my payment for the month to reimburse me for the defective dispenser. I really appreciated their quick response and resolution to this issue! Thank you!

So disappointed with Dermatica lack of…
So disappointed with Dermatica lack of customer care. I was a customer for two years and when the dermatologist changed my formula to something I had a reaction to when I first started, I asked to change the script. They don’t even bother to look in your history when changing prescriptions! No response for over 8 days after 3 emails. Did they get bought out or something?
I do not recommend, stick with real dermatology services where they do monitor your history AND EMAIL YOU BACK!

The service is run by our multidisciplinary team which encompasses consultant dermatologists, pharmacists specializing in dermatology, GPs, clinical researchers, and formulation scientists. We use technology to achieve something which is not possible in the traditional clinic. We formulate your treatment specifically for you in our lab. As your skin changes, so does your treatment. Your account is reviewed before any treatment changes are made however we apologise if something has been missed in this case
Whilst we aim to respond promptly, we can occasionally experience delays during our busy periods- our team is available to chat to over the phone 8am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday and via messaging service 8am- 8pm. Outside of these hours you can submit a query on our website

Dermatica never followed up my request for a phone call…
I called to speak to ask a customer service rep to please have the medical personnel call me so I could discuss my lack of results using the medication prescribed by Dr Stephen Powell. I have not received a call . I would like to discontinue receiving any further products from Dermatica- effective now.

Well! I must say that at first I hesitan a lot to use this product and I thought it was one of many on the market but I am very grateful for having made the decision to use it, the spots on my face have improved by 80%, I only have words of gratitude for Dermatica. Just 3 months
