Beware. Beware. Beware.
Beware. Beware. Beware.
I have just tried to return this pillow and pillowcase, only to be told that because I actually removed it from the packaging and—shock horror—slept on it to test it, I do not qualify for a return or refund! (I tried it for two weeks and woke up every morning with severe neck and back pain).
Apparently, you can only get a refund if the item remains unopened in its original plastic—despite them heavily advertising a "60-day return window." Really? What consumer takes 60 days to decide whether to send a pillow back without opening it to try it first?
This smacks of dodgy, outdated tactics designed to trap buyers. It’s completely unclear where this company is based, and hiding behind hygiene fine-print while marketing a trial period is disgraceful. How this misleading returns policy complies with UK consumer standards is beyond me. Save your money.
