I had a professional tooth clean here and it was wonderful. 5 stars for the lovely staff here! I will be back again 😉

Writing for my partner who had complete mouth, 12 implants, done at Dentzz Mumbai in April 2014. Her implants started breaking and bridges falling out in 2018. Dentzz did the replacement of the screws. Now all of her bottom teeth came out. She tried finding a followup work in Australia, but it is not available (several dentists suggested extraction of implants which is a major and dangerous surgery and out of the question). Dentzz contacted for help, but unresponsive. Australians, beware! There are dental services closer to home that are far more reliable. Based on her experience, I strongly suggest giving Dentzz a miss.

All the staff have been amazing . I could not recommend Dentzz in Dehli high enough . They have been so welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. I'm finishing off with a group photo and a chocolate cake .

My experience with Dentzz was the amazing staff, not only do they have amazing customer service they also are AMAZING at doing what they do best ! I highly recommend Dentzz as I’m walking out the door I’m satisfied that Dentzz has completed my situation 100%

I have made repeated requests for resolution to my 12 year on- going effort with the Mumbai clinic, and to this day there is a reluctance to give me a reply in writing as to what is proposed in settlement. Reports have been supplied by Australian Periodontists, Maxillofacial surgeon, Prosthodontist and dentists that the crowns and implants carried out are of substandard quality. Materials used are causing ongoing expense for rectification plus on-going anxiety and stress. Do not be swayed by the initial reviews in most cases these are paid for by the clinic. Secondly all is well initially, it is in the long term that the quality will become evident. Do your comprehensive evaluations before you make the mistake of going to these clinics and receiving substandard dental work.

I'm going to miss these guys. I'm sad it will be a year before I see them again. Where do I start. From the front staff at reception Geeta and Reena through to the whole staff at Dentzz delhi. Our experience was top notch. There was never anything that couldn't be sorted. They bend over backwards for you. Our surgeon and implant specialist do incredible work so precise. They design packages that suit your budget so you have lots of options. They explain everything down to the micro detail. New Zealand has a long way to come to even rise up to these standards

I got veneers 4 years ago and they are a shade too dark and one has actually fallen out! My last Scottish ones were 20 years old and they were never going to budge. I'm gutted that I chose these cowboys in the first place.

The reception staff are all polite welcoming and friendly people, remember your name, and co-operate with you in every possible way.
Special mention must go to Rupali. She must be a mastermind! Her administrative and co-ordinative abilities are extraordinary.
When one comes here to the clinic, after a few times the realisation begins to dawn on you! What a massive operation Dentzz really is. A constant and continuous flow of patients flying in from all parts of the world for serious and extensive dental work each receiving the most thorough and professional treatment in a professionally coordinated way.
I have met and chatted with many of Dentzz's clients during my visit here. I never came across a negetive comment or complaint, on the contrary, only praise and satisfaction.
Dr Vidangi completed all the final work on my new teeth during my second visit 4 months after the implants had been inserted. She is a lovely person, apart from being an expert in her field.
It's a highly specialised art in orthodontic engineering and an exacting and precise process.
I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
My mouth feels comfortable and eating is again a pleasure, the appearance is natural and bright.
Cost wise, it's come in under 25% of what I was quoted in Australia.
It's enough to bring a smile to my face!

Only half way through this journey but what an absolutely fantastic experience so far. The professionalism and quality of work has been amazing. From the initial contact with Rupali to working with the entire Dentzz team, I am extremely grateful for their care. The gentleness of surgeon Dr Afaque to the precision on Dr Tanisha and openess of Drs Simran and Ash. I am thrilled with the outcome and also want to mention the reception staff who are so friendly and welcoming. What a ride and looking forward to the next step in a few months time.

I have not been here just yet however I have my first appointment with a dentist on Monday the 4th of September 2023 at 10 am in the New Dehli Clinic. So far I have had several Zoom calls with Manish the Client Manager (who is very professional and helpful) and 2 Doctors. They have taken the time to put my mind at rest and I am now looking forward to heading over from Sydney Australia to New Delhi to get some major work done. So far so good.......

My name is Antonio Colella coming from Perth to Mumbai to do
ALL on 4 Dental procedure.at DENTZZ DENTAL.

The international Client Manager, manager Sohaib follow up all my questions and called me few times, he organised a video meeting with Dr Kumar, I found them very professional and caring, that made me make a decisive decision to come here

I have arrived in Mumbai on the 20th of May 2023 a Saturday, come Direct to Dentzz and met the reception staff, being very professional.
- done the 3d then examined by Dr Kumar from 3-4 pm.

On Monday the 22 May I had appointment at 10 with Dr Chandak, which she examined me in detail of all the DENTAL work to be done.

Then from 11-12 had a consultation with Dr Kumar and explained my situation and offered 4 options of Dental treatments, we discussed the best suitable option for me, then I have signed the papers.

In the afternoon at 2.30 pm had my first surgery executed by Dr Joshi, (surgeon) for the UPPER arch and putting new implants ZIMMER

On Wednesday the 24 May had the second Surgery for the LOWER arch and putting implants by Dr Joshi.

Now I have NO teeth. Next step is to produce
DENTURES that I have to wear for 6 months.

Dr Faraz done all work the related to Dentures, had 7 visits, today is the 2 of June 2023 all Done.
I have made an appointment with Dr Kumar for tomorrow 3 June to
recap of the work done, for phase one
and
-planning my second trip in 6 months.

I found my overall experience extremely unique, dealing with top professionals and extremely impressed
-of what they have been able to achieve in 12 days.

The staff are very professional attentive and caring.
I highly recommend Dentzz to anyone that has Dental to be done.

The team are Dr Tanisha (Prosthodontist) Dr Dimple (Endo) Dr Annirudha (Super Surgeon featured) With an impressive admin team in support , Adnan Abbas Adnana Chougle,Moreshwar Parikshit and the best is kept for last Rupali an Angel from heaven and the best part of the support team.

For what would surely cost close to a small fortune in the outside world, the team at Dentzz have managed to craft me a brand new smile they created with this incredible group of specialists at a fraction of the cost, while walking me through every single step and explaining every procedure with absolutely no pain to either my purse or my smile .

I am more than happy to put my name behind this fantastic impressive group of amazing human beings, who it must be said , are lucky to use far more advanced technologically than any Dental business I have ever seen.
