Immediately after placing an order I started a bot chat because I received 2 separate order confirmations. The first for 6 bottles and the second for 9 - a total of 15 bottles!!! At checkout I misunderstood the upsell/upcharge tactic offering 9 bottles thinking that meant 3 additional bottles to the 6. I ultimately was connected to Gabriel who after much back and forth said he'd canceled both orders and placed a refund request. Imagine my shock today to receive shipment notifications. I started the chat bot process again, eventually connecting to live agent Luis. He could not explain why the product shipped and said he'd send me return for refund instructions. I stated I'd refuse the product and return to sender as I would not pay for return postage. This smacks of fraudulent business practices!!!;

Was excited to hear and read of the possibility of avoiding dental issues. I ordered and received a lot of emails. Then an email that it had shipped with an odd number that didn’t work with the tracking company. I contacted them with questions about shipping and received an email that my payment had been refunded. Communications have been great but would not recommend based on my experience.
