Came for stage 2 of my treatment, my last 2 implants before my final new teeth in September/October this year.Everything went well, pain free surgery. Very well welcomed again on arrival. Organised as ever.

this clinic is superb, listening to these customers from start to finish, svetlana and the reception girls are adorable, the dentists are very professional and listen to their customers' requests, I had 3 implants, the repair of a tooth and my husband a surfacing all went perfectly, thanks to the dental clinic smile clinic team

I am UK based and have been for two years researching to get a new smile makeover. Contacting many companies but not feeling convinced I then discovered Dentares Smile Clinic and to be totally honest the level of service is outstanding. They don't make you feel like just another number "customer" but they truly invest and pride themselves in knowing your vision to bring your smile to life. From first initial contact Dentares Smile to then finishing first treatment they have been very professionally prompt in response.
I would like to say a big thank you again to all at Dentares smile for doing such a great job and making me feel comfortable. I am really pleased and impressed with the whole process especially the level of treatment. I am excited for the final treatment to come in 3 months time 😁

From start to finish and everything in between i had a fantastic experience with Dentares smile clinic. Staff were so attentive and Knowledgeable. I had a mixture of implants and crowns to perfect my smile also teeth whitening, and im so happy and confident with my smile I love the work I had done here.
The clinic arranged my beautiful boutique hotel and my 1st class transfers, which just made everything so easy and stress free. I couldn't recommend these lovely people enough. Im so happy I placed my trust in them.

Last year I tried to put a few crowns.
Suddenly the doctor decided to remove wisdom tooth and continued to work for on crowns!
She couldn’t remove them for a long time and I was in pain. The anaesthesia went out and she kept injecting more and more
They didn’t give me antibiotics and I went back to hotel without any medicine.
The next day pain was horrible. It turned out that I had infection in my jaw.
This clinic didn’t refund money for the horrible job they did!
Be careful where you do your teeth and hopefully my review will save you from bad people like them.
All they care about is money and quality doesn’t matter.
They will treat you like you are nothing and take all money they can from you!
Now I’m really happy with a doctor in my country and I will never experiment again in with my health in such a country where every other place is dental clinic and all of the people work as dentists if they are not bored!!

we have recently returned home from our final visit from this wonderful clinic . from initial booking to the completion of treatment they have been outstanding. in terms of professionalism with personal touch to add. we coulnt be happier with the level of treatment we have had and the confidence we are feeling. only thing i would say is that they made us feel so welcome that i will miss them all. there was no pain i can not imagine ever going to an english dentist again. the facilities and attention to detail was 2nt to none. i realy feel as if i have left friends behind, thank you all so much. sara. xxx

My journey started in March 2022 after talking to manny one of the owners over months and It was because of him I was with dentaras this will become relevant later.
I needed sinus lift and bone graft. I have to say this part went really well no pain at all. Surgeons are very skilled and make you as comfortable as possible.
On my second visit to place my implants 4 each side in upper jaw went well too. However the final time last December
Two of my implants were pulled out while fitting teeth ( back upper) so I had to go back to square two (major oper) and wait another three months until second set of implants healed
( now any implant can fail but we later found out they were fitted in incorrect place and not deep enough)
On top of this ( after 5 hours in the chair and with minutes till closing) my new top six front teeth crowns were left to the last minute to fit ( you’re meant to have this stage of treatment a least a full day before you leave) so as any issues can be changed or teeth remade if necessary
I didn’t get this opportunity I was left with very badly fitting front 8 teeth they made my teeth feel like they were in a brace being pushed together.
I didn’t need this. My original teeth were pretty good and straight When I said they hurt so much the dentist said ‘No No You Get Used to them’!!!!! ( seems the only English she knew!!! No I won’t, I want them changed. Basically I was told not enough time it’s closing time. 😱
It was literally 6 pm and clearly hometime as everyone leaving. Which was disappointing as I’d hoped to go with lovely not painful teeth
I have been on painkillers everyday since 😡( total 4 months)
I was flying home at 6 am. The next morning. Face swollen and teeth from hell
Had been in chair for five hours. Felt like 💩 I wanted to leave. I asked again if they could change them they reply. “They are fine you get used to them. They just didn’t care. ………..
I was now looking to pay to get all these issues sorted. I didn’t want to go back there.

Once home I felt so let down so I moaned to manny and said exactly What I felt
I was willing to walk away.
He said he would help ❤️
Fourth visit I was taken to a different clinic which turned out to be manny and naamas new clinic ❤️
What a different experience. How I’d expect it to be.
First day at clinic they found the same two implants were loose and I may have to have implants re- drilled
Without the help of the other clinic medicaaFly Ive got no idea what I’d have ended up with.manny and Naama true to their words corrected all the issues I needed or wanted at now extra charge to me.
Finally I have an amazing smile

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, die Zahnarztklinik zu besuchen und ich bin begeistert von dem Service und der Qualität der Behandlung, die ich erhalten habe. Vom Empfang bis zur Behandlung war alles perfekt organisiert und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und professionell.

Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um meine Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen zu verstehen und hat mich während der gesamten Behandlung sehr gut betreut. I had my teeth done with Dentares on November 2021 through MedicaFly agency while going through the process everything went well as Namma and Manny took good care of me. After a year one of my teeth broke for no fault of mine! I contacted Dentares clinic as I have warranty and I was surprised by the answer that they will not cover the replacement even I will have to fly from the Uk on my expanses as no dentist in the Uk would accept fixing the work of theirs. They wanted to charge me 300 dollars for one teeth with the flights and hotel that would come at high price. I contacted Manny from Medicafly and explained what is happening and straight away he offered to help and booked everything for me including my hotel. They picked me up and fixed my teeth for no charge at their new clinic. I would not recommend Dentares instead look for Medicafly if you want a good service and aftercare. Stay away from this clinic.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, all staff were very professional and all work was carried out to a very high standard above my expectations, would recommend to anyone thinking of having anything done as nothing is too much trouble.

From my initial enquiry Dentares have been incredible to deal with all the way up and through my dental procedure. All the staff from the promotion team, secretary's, transfer guys and the dentists themselves were warm friendly and extremely punctual and professional. I've not had a single thing to worry about other than getting myself on the flight. The entire treatment package takes care of every aspect of what could feel scary to making it a very enjoyable experience. I have no regrets investing my money into these guys and would recommend their clinic and sing their praises to anyone that asks about my teeth. Over the moon with my new teeth.

Had a brilliant experience with Dentares. The staff looked after me from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. They keep you informed throughout the process and always check in to make sure you're OK. They were also incredibly accommodating to my partner, offering her coffee and allowing her to use their WiFi so that she could work from her laptop. The clinic is amazing, it's spotless and quiet. Our driver was really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, he was always on time and greeted us with a smile and handshake and took our bags for us. The Sherwood Hotel was great, all inclusive food and drinks, really clean hotel with great facilities: swimming pools, gym, tennis, bowling and so much more. We were not expecting to stay somewhere so nice, it was a lovely surprise. We had a day to explore Antalya, the area is stunning with lovely beaches, we went to the old town to do some shopping and saw the waterfalls. I can't recommend Dentares enough, if you're on the fence about going - do it.
