Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you have had some difficulties with our pricing on our website. A member of our team has already reached out to clarify, but here is a breakdown of the pricing structure you have referenced in your review:
You placed an order for x12 Curasept ADS Mouthwash: 220 - 0.20% (200ml) which were originally priced at £6.55 but were reduced to £4.85 each for you. This sub-totalled to £58.20.
We then gave you a 2% discount because you placed your order online, and then gave you an additional discount of a further 2% off because you paid for your order up-front of £2.30, making your subtotal £55.90.
The VAT on this order totalled £11.18, making your grand total £67.08 which is what you paid.
We cannot apply the 2% discount for up-front payment until payment has been made. It is applied at that stage as we offer a 30 day credit account so not all orders are paid for at the time of placing the order.
Although the price may have been different from the time of placing the order, the difference is always has a positive impact because it is a lower price due to the additional discount which is detailed at checkout.
We apologise if this has caused any confusion, we will look into further clarity on our website to avoid any future instances.

Great 5 star service, but........
I'm giving 5 stars simply for the fact the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Great service, Great communications with a very speedy service. However, I feel i'm being unfairly treated by Having to pay a £15 delivery charge. It states on the website delivery is free on UK mainland (orders over £50) I live on mainland UK! I don't live in a far flung place where there is need of some special delivery allowances. I live in mainland Scotland. It sours the experience somewhat. Please look into this "Dental Sky"

On the delivery charge point we completely agree with you as the charge is definitely higher than we would like. The only reason for this is that we are charged a very high fee by our courier to deliver to the highlands and islands and we only pass a proportion of this on for smaller orders, absorbing the rest of the cost (or all of the cost for larger orders); there are some ways to reduce that cost such as using Hubox for certain products, plus we're planning to add another choice of courier service later this year which should mean any delivery charges that apply after that point will be much more reasonable.
