Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten wirklich eine tolle Zeit bei Dentalys. Der 24h Service auch ausserhalb der Behandlungs Zeit ist einfach TOP. Vielen Dank an Senem für super Betreung vom Anfang bis zum Ende😎😁 Auch Dr. Fatih und das ganze Team sind sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr professionell. Danke an das ganze Team, ich bin 100% zufrieden mit meinem neuen Lächeln.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, doch herausragende Arbeit sollte gewürdigt werden. Ich möchte Menschen, die Zweifel haben, ermutigen eine Entscheidung zu treffen.

Ich habe eine monatelange und akribische Recherche betrieben bis ich mich endlich entscheiden konnte. Die Konkurrenz ist wirklich sehr groß und ich habe einige Kliniken bzw. Praxen kontaktiert. Zu keiner Praxis sagte mein Bauchgefühl und mein Perfektionismus „ja“. Bis ich auf die Dentalays Klinik gestoßen bin. Der erste Kontakt mit Frau Senem war sehr professionell und herzlich zugleich. Sie hat mir meine Bedenken genommen und war der Anlass für meine Entscheidung. Jede kleinste Frage (und glaubt mir ich hatte sehr viele) wurde jederzeit und sehr ausführlich über WhatsApp beantwortet. Frau Senem ist ein echtes Sprachtalent, sie spricht fließend deutsch, englisch, französisch und türkisch und ist bei jedem Schritt der Behandlung anwesend. Über FaceTime hat sich der Chef Dr. Fathi Torgut persönlich für mich Zeit genommen und sich vorgestellt, was mich wirklich beeindruckt hat. Er ist ebenfalls eine sehr warmherzige Person, die einem Angst und Zweifel nimmt.

Organisation:
Die Dentalays Klinik hat sich von Anfang bis Ende der Behandlung um alles gekümmert. Ein Shuttle hat bereits am Flughafen auf uns gewartet (mein Partner hat mich begleitet), um uns zum Hotel zu bringen, ein 5-Sterne Hotel mit ausgefallenen Zimmern und einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Vor jeder Behandlung wurden wir pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und anschließend zurückgefahren. Man musste sich wirklich um nichts sorgen.

Vor Ort:
Die Architektur und das Interior Design sind sehr kunstvoll. Die Klinik ist äußerst sauber und ist mit den modernsten Technologien ausgestattet (soweit ich es als Laie beurteilen kann). Sobald man die Klinik betritt, spürt man die angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Klinik verfügt über eine Bar mit der feinsten Auswahl an Getränken, die vom Barkeeper liebevoll zubereitet werden.

Behandlung:
Das Zeitmanagement ist sehr strukturiert und vorbildlich. Während der gesamten Behandlungszeit haben sich die Ärzte sehr große Mühe gegeben mir die Sitzungen schmerzfrei zu gestalten und es wurde sich ständig nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Jeder Schritt wurde mit mir abgesprochen und ausführlich von den Ärzten erklärt. -Es wurden Wurzelbehandlungen durchgeführt, Füllungen ausgetauscht, Zahnimplantate und Kronen gesetzt-.

Fazit:
Dr. Fatih Torgut ist ein sehr sympathischer und herzlicher Mensch der sein Handwerk versteht. Seine Erfahrung und seine Menschlichkeit spiegeln sich in der Auswahl seines Teams wieder. Dr. Fathi Torgut und sein Team sind nicht nur Profis auf ihrem Gebiet, sie arbeiten mit Herz und Leidenschaft und verstehen es auch mit Angstpatienten umzugehen.
Ihre Devise ist „We are Family“ und genau das spürt man vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick.

Ich bedanke mich bei dem gesamten Dentalays Team für den tollen Aufenthalt und bei meinen behandelnden Ärzten für die ausgezeichnete Arbeit.

I had all my teeth replaced as they were loose and I had gum disease
I was very nervous but from the minute I walked into the clinic I was put at ease.
Everything was explained to me in great detail.
From start to finish I was so impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness.
Everyone working there were so friendly and caring
Maya is an absolute angel😇 and my journey was made better with her help and advice.
I had to wait for my gums to heal during which time Maya constantly got in touch with me to ask how I was.
All the staff (especially Maya) go above and beyond to ensure that your time with them is exceptional

I went for my final fitting in February and I am so happy with the results 😬

Visited the clinic this week. Entire process was smooth from start to finish. I first contacted the company's what's app and spoke to Erkan, he infomred me of the treatments which were avaliable to me. I shared pictures of my teeth which was looked at by Dr Talha who required me to have an xray at the clinic due to my teeth being badly mis aligned and having no canines.

I booked my tickets to fly to antalya and I was promptly picked up from the airport by a pre booked taxi waiting for me.

I was taken to a lovely all inclusive hotel located right at the front of antalyas beach front.

Monday I was picked up at 10am by Erkan and taken to the clinic. Everyone was very friendly and supportive of me. I had my xray and the the Dr's outlined the required steps for me to reach my ideal smile.

I was given a breakdown of treatment and how much it would cost. After paying the treatment was started immediately. You are kept infomred throughout the process.

Dr Talha is arguably one of the best dentists I've come across and worked around the clock tirelessly to give me my perfect smile. I should also mention the supporting doctors who gave treatment such as root canals which I didn't even feel!

Overall I'm extremely please with my smile and it has given me enormous amounts of confidence in myself again. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a smile makeover and a holiday !

I contacted Dentalays because I needed work done on my top and bottom teeth. I've always put my hand over my mouth when taking, so it was time.
Maya advised me and answered any questions I had through WhatsApp in minutes.
When we arrived into Antalya we were met by a driver and brought to our beautiful 5 star hotel and picked up from the hotel each time I had appointments in Dentalays . The clinic and staff are just amazing and made me feel very welcome and part of their dental family.
I've had allon4 dental implants on top and crowns and bridge on bottom.
The denists and Maya made my experience very easy and explained each and every step along the way to me.
I am over the moon and can't wait to show off my new teeth to everyone back home.

I live in US and I am visiting Antalya; Turkey since Oct 2022; as we were walking in front of this dental office my husband and I stepped into the office and amazed by the building and cleanliness of it ; immediately I got an appointment for checkup and very satisfied with the work of the dentist who examined my teeth; the team of the doctors reviewed and did a complete analysis of my teeth especially due to my age ; my lower teeth are not strong enough and I am losing my teeth due to gum recession. They offered a very good technique to give support to my lower teeth . What I liked the clinic was the cleanliness and great hygiene that they were doing at the time that they were working on my teeth; also I liked their honesty about the analysis they gave me regarding my teeth ; and lastly they gave me a very good and fair price . Furthermore I visited Perla dental office in May of 2022 and I was not happy with their service and they way they conducted their business; the doctor that worked on my teeth never followed any hygiene guidelines such as having a uniform on ; the building was old and dirty ; while he was working on my teeth he touched other things such as drawers and then put his hand in my mouth ; they had a bathroom next to the room that I was in and there was bad smell coming out ; I did not like the way they were conducting their business and that is why I decided yo to go to Dentalays Smile Team , their clinic is safe and absolutely clean and their work is very good 😊
I recommend this place if you want try it ; this dental office was my favorite location to go whenever I come back to Turkey !
