My experience has been great thus far, except I have not been that comfortable with my temporary teeth. However, I manage it until my visit in August. I am just hoping that my final teeth suit the structure of my mouth and jaw respectively.

Not very serious, it's not worth it, they start with a quote and you end up paying double, forget it, in Italy there are good dentists at the same price and if something doesn't go right they respond immediately

The best choice of my life
The best choice of my life, so far.
In the beginning a little apprehensive, but when I entered the plane, all gone I felt real and after the transfer, the accomodation, the 1° day in clinic was excellent, the staff support was very good, doctors are excellent, treatment pain free, and until now after 4 days all great.
I need to make 2 visit, because was a ruff case (all mouth) but I can say for now, a excellent service and care.

Well looked after, all travel and accommodation taken care of, the clinic was exceptional and clean! Staff were very professional. My results are amazing and I'm so happy! I would highly recommend.

Optisch Top, Service Flop
Optisch Top, Umsetzung Flop.
Nachdem ich bereits 2 mal in Istanbul war, hab ich weiterhin Probleme mit meinen Veneers.
Mein Biss wurde überhaupt nicht richtig angepasst, Veneers sind zu lang.
Nach erneutem einfliegen auf meine Kosten, wurde einmal drüber geschliffen und als ich dann nochmals um Nacharbeiten gebeten habe, sollte ich zum Flughafen abgeschoben werden.
Hab mich dann solange beschwert bis ich doch noch kurz vor Abflug dran gekommen bin.
Alles eher schnell schnell und nicht zufriedenstellend. Hatten ja kaum Zeit.
Service ist jedenfalls das letzte.
Optik passt, mehr auch nicht.
Würde da niemehr hingehen!!
Geht lieber nach Ankara oder so, Istanbul ist so riesig, der Verkehr nervig… braucht niemand !!
Bin auf die Ausreden und Antworten von Dentakay unter dem Post gespannt, bestimmt wieder rausreden!! Danke für nichts !!

You are saying to be honest….i am very honest writing to you ..this is a week almost telling you that you gave me wrong boxes and no accessories which we found out that it should be with it.Last year I came to your clinic to do my teeth with Hollywood smile at the end….the price was high to continue with you so I decide not to continue with your clinic ..I asked to take the parts of the implant ,outer part,and accessories which you never gave,and continue either in USA or other place in Turkey….so either when I asked for the boxes and you take long time to bring it and give it to me ..so you did that on purpose to give me wrong boxes no accessories….i came now to continue but found the boxes not suitable for my situation and no accessories..I asked you to take it back and embrace me the money I paid last year….but you are not accepting to cooperate with me ….so you cheat on me by doing that with wrong boxes and no accessories while I paid for it last year …nothing free from you as you stated plus you are cheating in ur way bcz you know what you did but I do not know what you been doing….every day I will write this review to make ppl to read it and to think twice before contact you….

After a thorough review and manual cross-referencing of our records, we confirmed that the abutments provided were the correct type: Multi-Unit (MU) abutments, which are used when screw-retained crowns are planned, as indicated in the treatment plan for your second visit. While the initial dimensions were incorrect, the type was correct. If screw-retained crowns were still intended, these dimensions can be adjusted as needed.
To address the inconvenience and any misunderstanding, we will fully refund the abutments mentioned. We sincerely hope this resolves any miscommunication and helps restore your confidence in our clinic. Please be assured that any miscommunication was unintentional, and we are committed to improving our internal systems to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Bonjour j ai mis 3 étoiles car après avoir eu tout les services et l intervention dentaire du 4 novembre je ne sais pas comment s est déroulée le processus ,aucun compte rendu , n est pas était reçu par la chirurgienne pour le contrôle avant mon départ.Donc j ai décidé de prendre contact avec mon référent qui me dit tout ce que j’ai besoin de savoir heureusement qu il est là et non dans les absences, voilà c était ma première expérience à l étranger et je dois y retourner dans 6 mois pour la suite et fin en espérant pas de complications .

Part A Snobbish and unfriendly staff. Part B to b continued
There are two parts to this review, Part A is the original review. Part B will follow (God Willing)shortly in a day or two.
PART A
The staff at the front desk are very uptight and snobbish.
No smiles are very serious to the degree that it is off putting and offensive.
No time keeping.
1st day we went ,we were there for 3 hours for consultation, ( they were trying to push us to get the implants done. After asking a few times why the wait we were told there is only one surgeon who can see us.
We had an agreement with the person who was looking after us that we will be called 10 am in the morning, that was cancelled and put on for 4 :00 pm
It's been an hour since and we still haven't been seen too. I'll try to update once we get the work done..
Part B
After four days of going in for a job that could have been done in one or maximum two days (And the staff had been messaging me to take this review down. I told them I will keep the original review and update it) will say the outcome of the work is good. If they improve on there social skills and smooth out the time keeping, they will actually be a decent place to visit.
It also seems , the team doesn't respond to bad reviews. they only respond to good reviews . Two people to point out who were excellent is Muhammad and Mustafa through out the four days.
