Une expérience incroyable ! Tout le monde a été aux petits soins et à l'écoute : que ce soit le personnel de l'hôtel, les chauffeurs, l'équipe d'accueil de chez Dentakay ou les dentistes. Tous, sans exception, ont rendu cette expérience inoubliable. Tout s'est bien passé et je repars plus que satisfait, avec un sourire incroyable. Je recommande vivement !

At first, everything seemed professional: warm welcome, friendly staff, pleasant hotel, and an organisation that appeared serious. Regarding the dental work itself, I am not judging the final result here.

My negative experience concerns planning, communication, and respect of commitments.

For months, the clinic knew that my treatment had to be completed by April 22, because I had an important professional convention in Belek starting on April 23. This was clearly explained and confirmed several times in advance.

Despite this, the treatment was not finished on time. My schedule was seriously disrupted, I lost working time, and professional obligations were affected.

What disappointed me most was the lack of effective solutions once problems appeared. Communication was slow, phone contact was difficult, and urgent matters had to be handled mainly through messages.

I also incurred additional transport costs due to organisational issues.

My advice to future patients: make sure timelines are confirmed in writing, ask what happens if treatment is delayed, and avoid paying the full balance before everything is completed.

In summary: attractive presentation and strong marketing, but in my personal experience the management and communication did not meet expectations.

Unfortunately, I regret this experience and would not choose this clinic again.

My first visit to this clinic was absolutely amazing, I had live change decision when I decided to get the treatment at Dentakay in Antalia. Now I looking forward to finish the tratment in the second visit and to meet this entire amazing team.

I am very happy with the level of service I have received from Dentakay. The technology they have is second to none. My final zirconia arches were completed by Dr. Nuray Cordanoğlu Eren, she went over and above with the care she took to make sure I was happy, her attention to detail was amazing. I had to have 1 implant replaced as it had failed to integrate, this shows how much attention to detail Dentakay take as lesser clinics would have left it there and relied on the other implants to carry the load. The overall cost was more than I initially thought, but I did take a slightly different route to get to the final result. You are getting what you pay for with Dentakay, there is no point skimping on money when it comes to your oral health. The whole experience was smooth start to finish and the whole team all did there part to make my end result what it is. Thank you Dentakay and thank you again Dr. Nuray Cordanoğlu Eren for my fantastic smile 😃

From first meeting in London to having first of 2 treatments I cannot fault the excellent service I have been given from flight bookings to hotel to being met at antalya airport and meeting the staff and having 1st procedure i have nothing but great things to say about Dentakay Antalya....I would willingly recommend them to anyone....well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There needs to be more explanation Wen the dentist is working, I had to keep asking what she was doing and what is next and it wasn't explained what I was having each time I had 3 failed implants that needed replacing after going back to surgery to have them replaced the dentist then broke one so had to go back to surgery for a second time that day I had my original surgery under general anaesthetic as I could not cope with it and wen I had the surgery for the failed implants and broken one it was done under local anaesthetic which was very traumatic

Diagnostique du médecin après avoir été chez dentakay ils ont declancher une douleur neuropathique trigeminale… qui ne guérit pas en septembre ça fera deux ans … je souffre tellement que j’ai envie d’en finir avec moi même.
Sois disant ils ont essayé de m’aider en refusant des couronnes à plusieurs reprises ok j’ai pas payer les soins mais ça ne remplacera jamais ma vie d’avant. Si j’étais avocate vu que cette douleur ne partira jamais j’aurai demander plus de 1 millions d’euros de préjudice et encore la somme est faible l’argent n’est pas le plus important mais peux rendre la vie un tout petit peu plus confortable.
Bref n’allez pas la bas je souffre terriblement je ne me vois pas tenir un jour de plus avec tout ça si je meurs c’est même mieux pour moi !!!
Svp fuyez d’y allez pas n’y allez pas se sont les anesthésies et le meulage dentaire qui a créer cette douleur svp ne parte pas la bas vous risquerait de regretter et d’avoir un geste irrécupérable!!
Boycott dentakay je vais mettre des avis sur Facebook , Instagram , snap , tik tok jvais faire de la publicité une vérité qui est vous allez souffrir toute votre vie.
A l’équipe médicale cela ne sert à rien de répondre vous allez mettre quoi dans votre commentaire? Oui madame on a essayé d’intervenir sur vos douleurs et à la fin quoi? Vous m’avez aidé à faire disparaître la Douleur??? Vous m’avez trouver un traitement qui fonctionne??? Rien du tout!!!!!! Donc me dire oui Mme un tel on a essayé de … vos dentistes plutôt votre dentiste far !!! À créer cette douleur même le chef a dis c’est vrai ça arrive à certains patients aujourd’hui ou sont ils ? Ou est le traitement miracle ou?
Que Dieu bénisse les patients et les aide mais vous vous ne méritez rien de bons !!!

I had a full mouth of crowns 3 years ago and had an abscess drained a month ago as an emergency, I contacted Dentakay to arrange an appointment to see them but kept getting fobbed off saying they had no availability. In the meantime I saw a local dentist and had X-rays and I need at least 1 extraction and 2 further root canals due to ill fitting crowns which will cost me about £3-3500! When I then contacted Dentakay to tell them that I would be doing a full and honest review they then offered me an appointment for the end of April. However due to them doing such a bad job of fitting my crowns in the first place, I have totally lost faith in them and will go to a UK dentist. Do Not let these any where near your teeth, all they are interested in is getting your money in the first place. The clinic I attended was in Antalya and Dr Deniz did the majority of the work. Please reconsider if you are considering using this company

The service provided a car pickup from hotel to clinic and back to hotel for each appointment. The team at Dentakay are so helpful, each and every one. I had the same Dr from the very first appointment to the very last. My experience was exceptional. There was no pain involved at all. Every care was taken for the patient’s comfort. I was extremely happy with my final result and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this clinic.

I recently had my implant surgery at the Antalya Dentakay clinic, and I am beyond impressed with the entire process. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Chief Physician Alper Bey, Dr. Sefer Bey, and Nuray Hanım for their incredible professionalism and care, which made the surgery so smooth for me.
I want to give a special shout-out to Sarp Bey from the Istanbul branch. He is truly a wonderful person who is exceptional at what he does; his solution-oriented approach and genuine support were invaluable. I also want to thank Eymen Bey from the Antalya branch and the entire staff for their kindness and excellent service.
I highly recommend the Dentakay team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality dental treatment. Thank you all for everything!
