I’m so glad I came to this page so I didn’t get scammed I just feel sorry for the people that did !!!!

This company is a fraud I purchased pair of cargo shorts for 60 dollar and got a pair of 10 Temu shorts they bared no resemblance to the item that was advertised, i have sent a complaint to the BBB in hopes they will shut this site down.

I should have read the reviews before wasting £176 on poor quality, ill fitting clothing then being told (after numerous emails and sending in photos to show issues as requested) that my parcel needs returning to China. I am beyond livid.

In a nutshell ordered UK size 16 - received 1 pair size 10, 4 pairs of size 12. 1 piece of unsewn material which was meant to be a rhinestone vest. 2 pairs of the once jeans are really inferior to the photos - stuck on sequins instead of rhinestones and the other glitter instead of rhinestones.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
I ORDERED OVER A MONTH AGO, for special occasion I have on Aug 1, still have not received item, and they say to track shipment, when you try to track, you have to pay for tracking!!!! Get outta here!! Terrible!! I only wished I had read the reviews first!!! Don’t trust them!!!!😒

Do not order from them . You will not get what you ordered. They are scammers . I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered .. bad bad people

I ordered the Rhinestone side cutout jeans and was excited to get them, not only waiting for a month to receive them when they arrived there were no rhinestones on the jeans at all the side cut out were silver little ball like designs.

This company is not good to order from. Do not waste your time. I ordered a pair of jeans and they sent a pair of jeans but they were not like the picture on the website. This was my second time ordering from them. The first time was ok. They sent me the correct jeans but this time the jeans were different than the website picture. I will no longer be ordering from this company. The prices are too high to not be sending what customers are ordering.

If there was an option to give them a zero or negative reading, I would select it. Considering one is the lowest that I can choose. I will settle for that. This is the absolute worst company ever there were term policy is nonexistent. They do not stand behind the product and for the prices that they are charging it is retail robbery. I am actively pursuing legal action to receive my refund. Do not purchase anything from this company.

They don't send the item, they just take your money and use a "carrier" making you believe your item is on the way.

What I received was absolutely not what I ordered. I contacted the company and as of now I have sent 15 emails responding to my full refund. They are refusing to give me my full refund only 30%. This company is clearly a scam, you don’t get what you ordered but a small fraction back of what you paid. They actually told me I could gift it to someone else.

This company is awful. They take forever to ship and when they do, it’s often the wrong item. Then when you try to return it for a refund, they tell you to pay overseas shipping, and refuse to issue a refund. They could have said the item was out of stock, instead they send some crap alternative and make returning a nightmare. Do not shop with this seller.

This company sent me the wrong items, it was clear what I order and instead of them reaching out to me informing me they no longer had what I was ordering. They just sent me something else; unacceptable! Now I’m trying to get a refund.

Made a purchase took a long time to get what I ordered. When received damaged items. Tried contacting can’t get no help and when I pulled my order up I was charged twice. Bad business and this company isn’t cheap

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are scammers. Will send you something completely different than what you order. And if you try to get a refund, good luck, because they will not refund you and instead will try and offer a 10-20% refund even though their return policy states otherwise. I’ve reported them to the federal trade commission in their fraudulent business and encourage everyone who has experience the same thing to do so. I hope their get shut down!

For almost 4 weeks now I have been going back and forth through email. The sad part about this site is they say one thing but they don’t follow through. I place my order 6 weeks in advance all Denim and styles keep saying it’s customs. How can I blame customs if I never received a tracking number. What’s even better is the fact that the their response is you can order another dress. How can I order another dress when I’m not sure if I’m going to receive the two dresses I already placed an ordered in the first place. We spend our hard earned money on things that should have great quality and great service.

I ordered some clothes back in May and I’m just getting 2 pairs of jeans which I ordered the jacket and jeans the blue jeans jacket is to small and my other items haven’t came and I been emailing them and no respond

I ordered 3X jeans from Denimstyle. I wear a US size 14. The jeans didn't come over my butt. I requested a refund 3 times before I heard back from them. They asked me to measure and take a picture. (The website said that 3X was a size 18 to a 20). I did this. Then they sent an apology and an offer of $10 out of $68 refund and a 5% discount on their website. I decline and requested a total refund. I haven't heard back from them. It has been 3 weeks.
This company is a scam and should say 'NO RETURN. "

I have to say, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. It's disappointing that I've had to send multiple emails over several days just to get assistance with an item that arrived damaged.

Order #27174 arrived with the chain already detached before I even tried the jeans on. Apparently, quality control isn't a priority, because the item was defective straight out of the package.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label so I can send these jeans back. I have no interest in keeping a damaged product or continuing to do business with a company that makes customers work this hard to resolve a problem that wasn't their fault.

This entire experience has ensured that I will not be ordering from your website again. I will also be sharing my honest experience through reviews and with others so they can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

This company is a scam company and I want to serve them legal fees for my inconvenience! I ordered 3 outfits and got 2! The kicker is it wasn’t anything of what I ordered and they sent me used clothes! I emailed them and said before you ask, I don’t want to keep it nor give it to anyone and won’t accept an 25% of my money back! They sent 6 messages so far asking me what I told them no too, like over and over! This is why I don’t like ordering from China and I didn’t know this company was from there. Don’t order from them!

They offer a new modern concept to denim that I've never seen before. Not the usual western look. I bought a beautiful jacket and skirt set that totally different from anything I've ever seen before. It's beautiful. Going to recommend this shop to my friends. This is coming from an older woman. 💕
