The map of our favourite overseas town, Annecy, and the neat red pin highlighting our favourite restaurant, is a perfect Christmas gift for my wife and a lovely reminder.

Lieferung meiner Bestellung erfolgte schnell - leider war der Rahmen beschädigt. Dieser wurde mir aber, nach einer Reaktionszeit von 2 Minuten auf eine E-Mail um 9 Uhr abends (!) - anstandslos und ebenfalls super schnell ohne Aufpreis ersetzt. Klare Empfehlung! Bitte unterstützt diese Firma!

The package was sent to the wrong address, in a completely different part of the city. I had to go out of my way to retrieve it, costing time and money. DeMurin did nothing to rectify the problem and did not explain why such a fundamental error could have happened. No part of the address was similar to the correct delivery address, which was stated very clearly on the order confirmation. If i had not collected the package, it would have been sent back and i would not have had it in time for Christmas, despite ordering it weeks in advance. Once Ii confirmed I had collected it, DeMurin didn't bother replying to ant of my subsequent-mails. in addition, it took 3 attempts to contact them in the first place.

The map looked amazing. It was of a smaller town, something you’d never be able to find unless it’s custom, and it turned out so well!

Initially the site downloaded the incorrect map, but Demurin contacted me to verify what I wanted and the mistake was corrected. Otherwise I would have gotten a map of Manhattan instead of Turku Finland!

Absolutely beautiful piece, better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this product and company.

Truly enjoyed the final product, very much as expected.

The reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the aftermarket communication, which was not entirely satisfactory.

As to the product itself, I would recommend without a doubt.
