I have been “employed” here since December 11 2024 and since then have received multiple triggering messages from Russell (before,during, and after business hours).
After my first 3 weeks of working and consistently booking numerous appointments, the only compensation I received was $100 and only after continued confrontations from the “CEO” of this one man show. We rescheduled 3 different times for payment which I tried to remind him of before conducting trainings for new comers (which is not part of my job description) in which he called me in a very confrontational manner asking if I was “threatening” him??
Russel has continued to make this an unprofessional and unscalable sales culture for me. I share my experience in hopes to save your efforts and time for you and your families as I wish the only coworker that I met when I first started whom abruptly left would have done for me. Good luck to you all and I hope we all find an actual return for our time and talents.
I was not terminated I resigned due to his continued harassment which he admitted to after another irate slack channel huddle including demeaning remarks such as " i don't care that you're a mom" and " if you want this relationship to work". There was no pay for the first two weeks but around the clock demands and verbal abuse. This negative review was fabricated by a disgruntled ex contractor affiliated with our company named Nikkole D. Randall aka Nikkole Daya. She was terminated on Friday 1/17/25 for her malicious intent to harm our reputation, employer to employee relations, dishonest actions, performance, consistent failure to follow directions and negative behaviors toward the owner of our company and team as an act of revenge from her termination on Friday. We have notified our attorney to take legal action for these fraudulent negative reviews.
