I would give this place zero stars if I could! Absolutely horrendous service. Made us pay the full amount upfront for a couch, said 7 days delivery, yet it’s been one full month with no delivery and no update! They have not answered any of our calls and messages. I tried to ring from another number and they just hung up in my face. Absolutely disgusting, I don’t know how these people are operating in Dubai, they should be shut down!! What’s the point if they can’t fulfil a service that is fully paid for? We have made a formal complaint as well!! Terrible!

Fraudulent practices and an absolutely pathetic experience.
This has been one of the worst furniture-buying experiences we've ever had.
The company insisted on 100% advance payment, claiming that the furniture would not be released from the factory unless the full amount was paid. Once they had our money, they delivered furniture that was **substandard, flimsy, and nowhere near the quality we were promised**.
The sofa-combined-bed mechanism is completely defective and is extremely difficult to operate, making it practically unusable as a bed. The overall workmanship is poor, and the furniture feels cheap and unstable.
What is even more frustrating is their after-sales service. Despite repeated complaints, they have done nothing except delay the issue, make false assurances, and repeatedly fail to honor their commitments. Weeks have passed with no meaningful resolution.
I am now taking legal action to seek justice for what we have experienced.
I am posting this so that others are aware before trusting this company with their hard-earned money. If my experience is anything to go by, **please think twice before making any payment in advance.**

This is a Fraud company. I feel stupid not having read the reviews here before giving them my money. I paid deposit to them more than 40 days back now, and they are not giving product or giving any update. This is a SCAM!. Please stay alert and dont buy from these guys.
