Very professional attitude and kept me informed at all times.

Always a bit of a risk ordering furniture online. And I had previously ordered a similar style recliner chair from Living and Home (go ahead a read my review of them for an absolute horror story of online ordering). Delighted with my purchase, the quality of the item, the price and the delivery. The courier that Delux Deco used was really professional. They brought the item to my room of choice, unpacked it and assembled it. Even checked it was all working properly and photographed every step. Would definitely order again from Delux Deco. Oh and their WhatsApp chat is quick to respond and helpful. I requested a sample of the material that my item was made of and it arrived within 3 days.

Ordered a specific colour for our cinema sofa without any problems

The team was both welcoming and well-informed, and the couch was delivered much earlier than expected. It arrived flawlessly and functions perfectly.The only downside was learning that the manufacturer demands the packaging to be retained for returns (although I don't plan to return it) – however, the packaging was practically destroyed during unpacking. Introducing reusable packaging would be beneficial and cost-effective in the future.

We were looking for a new sofa online and stumbled across this place. We wanted a very specific U-Shaped Leather sofa, had to have recliners, cup holders etc, and Delux Deco were the only place that did one like this. We spec'd it how we wanted and placed the order.

Colin was excellent in showing us a guided video tour of the sofa, he showed us all of its features, how they work, and all the available colours etc. We received a Leather sample set in the post and chose a colour from there.

The only real downside is the delivery time, it took a little over 4 months to get delivered after we ordered it, but they did make clear it is a very custom spec so it would take longer.

The quality is amazing, best sofa i have ever experienced by a long shot, its incredibly well made, every square inch of it is covered in super-soft touch leather, even the parts you would not touch are wrapped in soft padded leather, just adding to the experience. Could not be happier with it

Delux Deco have been amazing from start to finish. The sales process was very efficient and Colin was so patient and accomodating it was great. Our refurb timeline was slghtly delayed but the communication with the team ( Natasha ) was great that we were able to push the delivery of the sofa until we were ready, as they offered a 2 week grace beyond the 16 week timeline. Delievry day came and the regular updates and then the delievry guys were brilliant, so efficient and took care and attention, as all ou decoartin etc was brand new. Sofas only just a few days old but super comfy and happy with things thus far.

Service was very good. Very friendly easy to talk to. Our sopha is beautiful. We had been looking for 2 years. Fell in love as soon as I saw it.

I came in originally for a regular sofa but honestly couldn't resist at least checking out the home cinema seats. So comfortable and with a drink cooler, built-in ipad, and even a wine glass holder for the missus, I couldn't help but buy the love seats. It just arrived today and couldn't be happier with it

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the sofa arrived well within planned delivery window. It was delivered in perfect condition and everything works.

Only negative was that I was told the manufacturer requires packaging to be kept for any return (no intention to here) - yet packaging was essentially destroyed taking it off. Some form of reusable packaging would be great here and save money in the longterm.

We travel 3 hours to visit the showroom, and we had amazing 🤩 customer service. We ordered sofa from there and on the order is said maximum delivery up to 10 weeks. But no they did the delivery on the 4 week. Amazing thank you very much for the quality of the amazing cloud ☁️ sofa

Fantastic and helpful staff. Showroom was good to visit to see the items before we made the purchase and great selection of fabrics - staff very friendly and helpful with colour options and dimension options. Item arrived within the timescales they advised and extremely happy with our corner sofa. Thank you!
