We are Londoners and was picked on time from Newton Abbot on Friday and then from Manaton back to Newton Abbot on the Sunday. Both drivers friendly particularly the driver with Liverpudel accent. Good knowledge of local area. Prompt helpful and supportive.

What is the point of being able to book a taxi for a specific time and that booking being accepted when the taxi doesn’t turn up on time. After 25 minutes past the booking time gave up waiting and cancelled

We’re Sincerely apologies for the apparent poor service experience, would it be possible to get a little more information in regards to the journey, I.e Date, time location so we can chase this up with the possible driver who was on call that day/night.

We were a little out of their normal route, but not far. They sent one of the 2 taxis we ordered, but when enquiring where the 2nd one was, I was firstly told asap, fair enough, but called back and was hung up on 20 mins later, then when ringing another 20 mins later spoken to by the rudest gent ever, telling we hadn't booked, I hadn't chased up the booking before, hadn't answered when they rang me etc etc - all lies. Exceptionally rude and although I was very calm and polite, was shouting at me down the phone. Gave up after 90 mins. Never had s big problem before - will NEVER use them again. Zero respect to customers.
