The item arrived after I needed it. I still haven't even opened the box. I have sent five (5) separate emails requesting to return the item within the 30-day return window. I have received five (5) emails saying that they would review my request and someone would reach out to me with return instructions. Still have the item in the unopened box and have yet to receive anything other than the automated emails. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Got the robe I ordered minus the belt. Only way to contact them is email, which they quit responding to almost immediately. Terrible customer service.

My girlfriend ordered a robe for me from this company, and it did not come with the belt, I contacted them by email and have not had a response, previously my girlfriend contacted them and was told she had the option of returning the robe and getting a refund, you can buy the same style and type of robe at Walmart for a whole lot less with the belt included, I don't see why they just can't ship the replacement belt or the original belt to start with and they should pay attention to detail on their products and their shipping especially for the amount of money they charge, I would not recommend buying any products from this company
