Delilah Home Recensioni

Superb customer service, I had a question and jumped onto the chat feature and got a response back immediately.

Towels just arrived. I have been researching towels for quite some time and got connected via a website that does 3rd party testing. When Delilah was on the list I knew I could be confident in purchasing. They are soft and beautiful and I am so excited to start using them.

On top of everything, my family and I are huge rescue advocates. We fully believe in “adopt don’t shop” and advocating for those without a voice. The story of Delilah was really touching. Never giving up on those precious family members.

Last, the companies efforts to maintain sustainability and their care for farms and giving back all are testaments to the character of the company. Thank you for making a product myself and my family can use without worrying about harsh chemicals or practices.

Good quality, fast delivery. As described.

The reason I gave you is when you ship an order you have way to much wrapping around your product which means more in landfills and more to recycle. Your product is very good just something to think about.

Amazingly soft bath towels - I’m thrillled!

Recently ordered organic cotton king linens and a king duvet. Both arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. USPS tracking was provided so I knew exactly when they would arrive. And the discounts were most welcome!

Personalized service if needed and ultra-fast shipping. What more could you want? Oh, their awesome sales.

Absolutely fantastic service and products. I purchased one set of sheets and then immediately got another as backups!

The company got right on it and got the beds shipped out. The beds are huge, and soft, comfy and 2 of our dogs can get on it at the same time with comfort.

Quality product, fast delivery.

I haven't had the chance to use the product yet. I did just wash it in the washing machine. I will update once I've used it.

Washing instructions not posted.
I emailed inquiry. Response was vague.
-Item texture does FEEL NICE and buttery, as expected over my wool mattress pad.
However, THIN LOOKING weave might wear too fast. And too MUCH PILLING from package, and post initial wash. Also loose sloppy threads at elastic.
…I wish Garnet Hill still carried chambray woven hemp sheets. They were my happy introduction to hemp, from linen.

Towels arrived quickly and will make fantastic gifts for a friend getting married. I know they will enjoy them as I have enjoyed the same towels.

Above and beyond in terms of customer service, and I am so grateful for their mission and great products!

I never received the order, but Michael was nice enough to offer to get in touch with the post office.

This is my second order from Delilah because I loved the first towels I bought so much. Pricey, maybe, but so luxurious and absorbent! I intend to replace all my towels with Delilah towels.

The second set of towels, unfortunately, arrived with some loose threads. I contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and gracious about it, willing to replace the towels. It's so obviously a quality company, evident in their delightful and thoughtful packaging, the responsiveness of their customer service, and of course the beautiful look and feel of their product.

Fairly quick turnaround for delivery. Great product, good quality!

Soft and comfortable. These towels feel so elegant and are beautiful. I feel good buying knowing that they are organic and sustainably made.

Thanks for the great service and great product!

Best nights sleep since buying the organic hemp bedsheets and duvet cover. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I definitely will not sleep with any other type of sheets again. Thank you for making such a comfortable, sustainable, and superior product.

The beach towels were high quality and arrived quickly.
