After the advance payment, WhatsApp communication are blocked, after reaching out through phone alos no response, this is fraud company. No ordered item is delivered.

I ordered items worth 8k , they sent a fake parcel with fake mobile number so it wouldn't deliver.
The package shows RTO - Which is Return To Origin.

They have blocked me everywhere and refused to provide refund.
I have already filed an FIR , if you have more proofs of you getting scammed , do contact me , will teach them a lesson.

Yes they are genuine and they do deliver whatever you ordered, but their delivery is very bad i mean it takes very long days to come for a parcel they should improve on it, also the customer care is not being professional they talk in rude manner other wise products they sell is good and genuine
