I placed an international order on April 5 for a bulk order. As soon as I placed it, I noticed I needed to make adjustments and tried to cancel the order immediately after. I could not find an option to cancel my order which was a shame after paying a lot just for shipping and customs. I reached out to the team 30 minutes due to not being able to cancel the order on my side. The next day not even 24 hours after, they told me that they are unable to cancel and have no choice but to accept the order even though I wanted to order more items but not spend that hefty shipping price as we are responsible for that cost which is okay for me. The problem is that if the business is going to make the customer responsible for shipping and return costs then the customer should have the power to cancel the order when it has not even been shipped out yet. I understand that multiple companies use the fulfillment center but if a brand is going to make the customer responsible for customs and shipping which is not cheap then they should have the power to cancel the order and get their money back. I love this brand and always buy multiple products for my entire family as the products are definitely top tier and made with the best quality but the logistics need to be tighter so that international customers are able to get their money back if they need as we basically have no choice but to accept it. Even if we want to return it, it's an extra charge on us when we can just cancel the order in a timely manner so that it avoids that additional step.

Brilliant natural product. I ordered rosemary shampoo and night moisturiser. Non sticky, my skin felt more moisture and hydrated skin overnight and felt refreshing next day.. will come back often to buy.

The products are amazing, I use the shampoo n conditioner, the night skincare range and use the balm for my son’s eczema and husband uses the balm for his dry skin. Only issue I would say someone is subscribing it should be free delivery regardless not spending over amount that’s my only sticking point

Overall, the experience went on smoothly. Making an order was easy and shipping had no hiccups, as well.
The only thing I would maybe point out is that the scalp scrub container was only filled up to about half, which may be expected due to the weight of the product (I don't know), but I was nonetheless surprised. I was also expecting the mask container to be bigger.
Regarding the products themselves (I only ordered scalp/hair products), I had two favourites: the shampoo and scalp/roots oil. I'll probably keep on ordering those. I haven't decided on the rest, yet. I really appreciated the gifted lip balms, as well. I will probably be trying some products from your body/face care lines.
Overall, one can see that there's a lot of thought/attention to detail, love and care in everything that you do.

Fantastic product

Been using Delhicious since 2021
Been using Delhicious since 2021, literally has cured my eczema! Used the Original Balm for 5 years so decided to try the oil, shampoo and moisturiser. All amazing, the shampoo nourishes my scalp and keeps my hair soft, the moisturiser is so soothing on dry skin. And the oil is extremely moisturising and leaves me skin soft.
The only negative is that shipping was advertised as 2-4 working days however my package took 6 days to arrive, 4 of those were before my parcel had even been sent off.
However Dehlicious has a very loyal customer in me, i’ve put the products onto many friends and family and recommend them enough!!
