Amazing shampoo & conditioner - love them!
Lovely shampoo that lathers well & makes my hair feel nourished after washing. On the 1st use after spreading the conditioner in my hair I wasn't sure it would be that moisturising, but have say both products are really excellent. My hair immediately felt stronger, in better condition & the shedding seems less too! FANTASTIC PRODUCTS!!

Superb night skincare routine
I ordered the night skincare range after receiving the leaflet for it in the box of hair products I’d ordered. Luckily, for me there was a sale after Christmas so got for £50 instead of £65. Wow, the products are amazing and one nights use feel so good on my skin. I’d highly recommend 🥰

Instant relief from the discomfort of very itchy skin problem.
My son's girlfriend suggested I try her might tea as I have had a skin condition which has been causing be considerable discomfort. WOW it worked immediately relieving most of the symptoms. Perfect

I bought the unscented balm honestly works like magic calms my skin down instantly the eczema hasn’t gone away or reduced but the product certainly helps during flare ups

Lost goods! No refund and no replacement in time
Goods ordered on 21st November but never received. I requested a refund or a replacement but they refused. They finally offered a replacement too late for Christmas and said it was that or wait indefinitely while they investigated the loss. Over all they keep telling me different things and I feel they are just fobbing me off. I feel like I'm being blamed for the lost parcel. Still no refund or replacement 6 weeks after ordering at the time of writing this

I can see the parcel was tracked as delivered however as you advised that you had not received it a full investigation was initiated with both the carrier and their third-party logistics partner. These investigations do take some time and as it appeared to be taking longer than usual, the team offered you a replacement at no cost to yourself which would have reached you in time for Christmas. Currently I can see you’ve disputed the actual payment with your bank - if you need any further support please do email us and we’d be happy to help.

Lovely shampoo
Lovely shampoo. Premium feel. Leaves my hair a bit glossier than other shampoos yet has less additives in it. I prefer buying it when it is on offer as it is more expensive than other shampoos I purchase. I use it as a treat in between other washes. If it was slightly less expensive and had slightly less rosemary in it (which seems to irritate my scalp sometimes even though it is supposed to be good for hair growth) I would purchase more frequently!

Severe reaction
I started using the moon moisture set and after only 2 uses my skin broke down, painful itchy lumps on my forehead, around my eyes and my lips. Despite this reaction, Delhicious has refused a refund even though legally I am entitled. They market their products to all skin types but these products are NOT suitable for everyone. If anyone has any sort of skin condition I would think twice before buying anything from them.

As you may be aware, many of our products are natural, clinically tested and dermatologist approved and for the majority of our customers they work really well. Unfortunately, this is the nature of natural skincare, it may not work for all and I suspect there is a natural ingredient that you're sensitive to which is certainly worth looking into to help with future decision making when purchasing products.
