Do not trust Amazon advertised same day…

Do not trust Amazon advertised same day or next day delivery! It just won't arrive. How this company is being enabled by amazon to advertise fake delivery times. Can't review product as needed it sharpish and then they decide it will arrive a week later. Pay the extra and get a delivery that will arrive as advertised. Shame on you!

brought sofa bed still not got it or not once received much Information when its coming call them never can get though waiting on sofa saying 12th off december but no updates poor customer service so far never pick up or reply back emails so hard to find out info

After one month, DEKO Pump Packs-up!

I ordered a DEKO Submersible Water Pump via Amazon on April 6th, by May 13th it has packed-up, if I try to use, it trips the power. The DEKO support tab on the Amazon page does not work and I have not heard back from DEKO after leaving a message with Amazon.

Fell apart as I used it

Bought a tool kit via Amazon. Tools fell apart as they were used the first time. Lists product support and take you to a website that does exist. Very disappointing.

Brilliant after sales service

Hi, after I wrote the initial review about the deko drill (cheap tat) deko kindly got in touch with me to either get a new drill or get my money returned, for that I think that is marvellous service, this drill hopefully will work properly, I sent you a reply day before yesterday and I haven't heard from you at all, can you update me please ????

Non-Existent Support & Shady Practices

I purchased a Deko Tools Pressure Washer from Amazon back in May 2024. I used it twice for short periods with no problems. A few months later, I went to use it and it immediately started pouring smoke out of the engine and hasn't worked since. The washer is supposed to have a one year warranty so I've tried to contact them. They have no direct phone number so I've tried every email address I could find on their website and also their messaging service on their website but no one ever answers. So I'm out $150 for a pressure washer that I got maybe 20 minutes of use out of.

They are also playing some sort of shell game on Amazon. The washer I purchased had high reviews when I bought it but now when I look at the item the reviews plummeted and the item is no longer sold. In fact several of their washers are only sold for short periods of time and then they release slightly different designed ones and ride that out until the review catch up with them. Their Amazon store also lists them as "Dekoktool" so a slightly different spelling but Amazon tells me their seller account registration information is the dekotools.com website and their support contact info is all the same as listed on their website.

UPDATED 03/16/25: The same day they posted a reply to my review stating they stand by their warranty and would "prioritize" my case to find a solution I did as they asked - emailed them at the provided address with my order details. A month later and 6 additional attempts to contact them and all I received was one response that someone from their "Amazon After-Sales Department" would contact me ASAP - that response was 3 weeks ago.

Also, since I'm updating the review I figured I would address the trickery they are playing with Amazon listings since their reply that they "periodically update them as we release improved models based on customer feedback and product advancements". This makes no sense. Do companies update their products? Of course. Do they redesign to an extent that they replace their current line of products on a nearly monthly basis? Maybe for some inexpensive products that don't cost a significant amount to retrofit machinery and produce the better products but definitely not pressure washers. Look at larger and actually legitimate manufacturers of pressure washers - their models are sold for years. They introduce new ones regularly but those have significant differences in specs and just because they release a new product they don't totally scrap and try to make a model disappear within a month. This is an obvious game they are playing on Amazon. They create crappy products - probably brand and list them under different manufacturer names, sell a certain amount and then either shuffle the models and change their branding to make them look "new" or make tiny cosmetic changes, push it out and then rush to take down the old product listing pages.

I would advise not purchasing their products, nor any that look striking similar to the one you might be interested in because chances are it's nearly the same product from the same ultimate manufacturer who will unashamedly provide no support.

Deko Customer support non-existent

I ordered a submersible pump back in April 2022 but never used it as the pump I was using to drain the water off the pool cover started working. My basement flooded (back in December, 2022) so I grabbed the Deko submersible pump (that I had never used) and attempted to use it to get rid of the water flooding in. No water came out the outlet so I continued to hand bail the water into a nearby sink. When the emergency plumber showed up, he took the pump apart and there had been no impeller ever installed. After several attempts and emails with Deko customer support over the past few months, they recently (Feb. 2023) came back and offered me $5.99 saying that I had been using it for a year (which was not true as at a maximum it was 8 months). I had fully explained the situation that it had not been used and they ignored it. That said, it was still within the one year period that they quoted. I even tried to purchase an impeller from yhem and that request was ignored.

Update: Feb. 2023.
Deko has just recently come back and offered to send me a new pump if I pay the shipping. It hasn't happened yet but seems to be a step in the right direction. Will update the rating when the pump is received.

I use a battery screwdriver and so far it is very good!
I used to use a Bosch and i think it is more powerfull

the purchase is worthwhile

I have used this welding machine for four weeks. Regardless the small size it does its job. Solder joints are tight and clear. I have tried different welders, but this one from Deko is really my favorite. And for this money - totally worth it. Well done, Deko

I love the tool kit that I ordered

I love the tool kit that I ordered. It is heavy but rolls like luggage, so is easy to get around. I ordered one but got 3 instead. After opening the first one, I decided to keep 2 and returned the third. Customer service was very help. I will order from this company again.

Really bad quality tools and horrible support. My tool was out of order after using it 3 times. I contacted them on Aliexpress 4 months after receiving and they don't want to exchange it of fully refund. They only want a partial refund and of course, I disagree because it's not honnest. I don't want half refund for a item that I used 3 times. Will never buy their tools again, it's disposable tools.

update: eventually they where fine

updated : after sending everyone in the compnay an email, someone nice eventually contacted me. offered a full refund and to send me the product as a gift for my husle! and it sure was a husle. but at least I know that there are some people who are still honest and stand behind their words! I refused the free products and offered to buy the product again. and so I did. they also sent me another tool as a gift. very please by the service now. but it was sure a husle and mind bothering
well I tend to be fair on the review, but when a seller say I am a lyer! I will not take it as granted.
I purchased around 8 heavy items! (two welders, jigsaw, sander, paint sprayer, and afew more tools. ...my jigsaw never arrived. they made a mistake, sending me a reciprical saw..which I have no use for it. from the company they said" why not keep it..it is more expensive" ..how wierd is that!??? any way I offeredn to pay more and recieve the jigsaw! they asked for 10usd, and I was honest enough to offer 20 usd ! and I payed an a link they have sent me. ...4 months later, I never recieved the item. they did take the money! ( although aliexpress did refund me ...at least that) and they said I recieved and signed it...though I never signed and never received it...they pretty much call their costumers lyres while I was the most honest and sincere possible. it is sad to say but this is a big difference between American costumer service to sadly saying chinses philosophy of doing business. I super upset and hurt by their attitude. at least ali-express took the responsibility for this

Great quality

I received the case, its massive. It’s hard plastic, so the tools are protected well. Tools look good and firm enough to work with. The delivery was pretty quick, I was surprised. Great quality. Everything as described. very satisfied with the purchase, and I’ll buy more. Thank you!

Bad experience
