Ordered custom case for Deflector Dc. Arrived today I must say I am very impressed with the outcome. I will be back for other projects thank you.

If i could give a minus score i would. Deflector turned up and had all marks in the middle of it and some sort of glue all over it! The clips all had been assembled and when I contacted them they offered 3 euros or pay another 30 euros to send it back. They are rude and unhelpful and rely on the shipping cost to semd out stuff thats obviously been uaed or sent back to them. Totally avoid these clowns they are a joke!

This company came highly recommended to me and I was happy to order but to my horror the postman left my package outside for all to see so when I got home it was gone.

I reached out to the company to explain what happened and Chris was asking all sorts of questions like he didn't believe me he told me it might not go in my favour as the royal mail tracking showed it was delivered yes Chris is was but not to me. I have been of work for nearly 2 years so I just couldn't afford to lose £90 so I panicked and contacted PayPal but paypal went in Chrises favour as they had that tracking saying delivered its so wrong I tried to get Chris to show some human compassion and see my side but he just didn't care im devastated I really couldn't afford to lose this amount of money. I will never use this company again and I hope something like this happens to Chris so he can see how it feels to be treated so unfairly

I have now gone to Deflector DC three times for custom made protective cases. In total I have ordered 13 cases from them.

Their process is very easy and simple. You can either buy a premade product on their website, or you can email them directly to get custom items made.

I use them to protect my Doctor Who figures and collectibles. All I had to do was measure the items and provide reference photos of the items I wish to protect. From here they quickly calculate the cost for the item and begin production after purchase.

The products are easy to assemble and feel high quality. The closest comparison would be the protective cases you can buy for Funko Pops, however Deflector DC's cases are far superior with a thicker material that is UV resistant and the locking tabs are easy to use. There is even the option to add hanging tabs which are built into the case.

Overall I have had a fantastic experience with Deflector DC and their team. I can't speak highly enough of their product and I will continue to use them going forward!

I have purchased a number of cases from Deflector DC and have always been incredibly impressed with both the exceptional quality of the cases and the service received.

I recently purchased some custom made cases (of which I sent one of my items to Deflector DC to ensure a perfect fit) and am absolutely delighted with the product received. My item was returned back to me in perfect condition and now in its new case.

Delivery is prompt and the cases are always packaged impeccably to ensure they are received in immaculate condition. Customer service (from Vikii), particularly when purchasing custom cases, has always been first class and a real pleasure.

Really poor products but even worse customer service. Chris is quite possibly the rudest person you could have to deal with, how he has a business going I do not know, maybe he won’t in the future, think about your customers a litttle more please

I contacted Chris regarding some cases for some non-standard shaped figure cards. After being asked for dimensions, I thought it was better to send my figures to DC Deflectors to be more accurate. Less than a week later my figures arrived back in their perfect crystal clear and made to measure cases. Excellent service, Thank you

I contacted deflector dc to see if they could help me with some protective cases I wanted for my nib crash test dummies. We don’t sell them but we can make them to suit you items so a couple of emails back and forth to Chris and bingo perfectly sized protective cases to fit my Crash Test Dummies I am over the moon with them. I want to thank Chris for all the help and I will be buying more in the future excellent service thank you

Really overpriced items. They are just plastic cases...foldable cases.
They charge 25 pounds for shipping, which i don't pay even on items i buy in the USA. its 29.25 euros! An absurdity. You pay premium shipping but then they use UPS, which is one of the worse companies in the world. And the items take a huge amount of time to arrive. Aaaaand then you pay customs. So overall i paid 130 euros for 3 plastic simple cases. Bad business indeed.

Bought these cases for my Motu collection a while ago and they are great!

Poor quality over priced product. I didn’t even bother unwrapping it. It took several emails asking about how to return it before Chris bothered to reply Unfriendly rude communication suggesting I hadn’t installed it properly. Worst customer service I’ve come across for a while. Their policy is that you have to pay to return it and after evaluation they will refund but minus original postage. The cost of this makes it not worth returning so I didn’t. Just binned that piece of crap and put it down to experience. Don’t use this place. Awful

I spoke with Chris who is the owner and he was very rude. Instantly blaming me for an issue I’ve had with his product. Stating he’s sold thousands of items and never had an issues, which is not true because there is negative feedback on numerous sites. Instead of blaming me, it would have been helpful for Chris to communicate appropriately and try and help. The product is really cheap and flimsy. I would advise anyone who wants to keep their valuable possessions in good condition to purchase elsewhere.

Really sad to have to write this but unfortunately really poor service. There systems have the wrong products attached to descriptions and this means you get the wrong item.

When you try to resolve it your met with blame and silence and a refusal to resolve the issue. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Pity because I would of spent a lot more with them but unfortunately your custom isn't appreciated.
