I got a link from a very well known perfume reviewer - directly from his video which I'm still not sure how that happened! It linked to a sale of his new perfume. All seemed completely legit. They overcharge me by 12.00 and quickly refunded the charge. However last night I finally got the perfume and its not the one I ordered - a cheap air freshener! I went onto their website and even the cheap perfume I ordered doesn't exist. Terrible site. But they are responding to my complaints.

I wish I would have come here first before making a purchase from them. Lesson learned. I ordered Midnight Sin like a few people did from this site, got email trackings were sent to me, revealing it was coming from Italy. Got the package a month later and it was something called “Warmkiss.” Sent an email complaint- they sent me a different tracking number with the package. Showing it came from China! After all the proof I sent and emails to back it up, this morning a suggested olive branch refund of $7 was offered “kindly” for my troubles. Lesson learned!

I thougjt I bought two bottles of Midnight Sin perfume via an Instagram ad. It brought me to a websitr of Definiteof. After almost 3 months I received 2 cheap Arab perfumes that I hadn't ordered. I asked for a refund and they offered me 6 dollars!!?! I KID YOU NOT. This company is a rip off. Do not buy there!! I'm also mad at the inflienver selling his products through them. He's taking no accountability for this shananigans.

After 2 months I finally received fake goods from definiteof.com and not what I originally ordered, if you see an ad for a specific fragrance or two from an influencer and definiteof.com claim to have it in stock. !!WARNING!!! you won't get it instead it will be a cheap chinese fragrance that they will send you, I have reported it to them and asked for a full refund, but like everything else, the consumer is the loser....if they come up on your facebook or any other platform bypass or report the scam.....

Saw there advertisement where they offer pumps compatible with battery pack Milwaukee/DeWalt. Bought and payed for a fuel pump compatible with Milwaukee/DeWalt. They delivered twice a pump suitable only for 6x1.5 V penlight batteries.
When complaining SD discount, but I wanted the product I bought. The battery pack compatible pump. When I disagree on the discount the answer they returned is : "Bad Luck" and by the way the product we send you is a good product. SCAM!! Scumbags, criminals.

Paid for garden items back in February, they insist its on its way - really! When I asked for a refund as it was obviously lost in transit they said they'd sent a replacement and it was too late to stop it. I did not request a replacement and as they hadn't asked if I wanted one they need to refund immediately. Told them I am a pensioner on a fixed budget, the items were for a friends birthday, which was a week ago, so I feel I've been robbed. Please dont order from them, they should be banned from advertising on social media.

I purchased and paid for a magnetic Chess game early in December its now near the end of January no delivery to date. This company have insisted many times that the game has been delivered giving me no proof. Started off by being overcharged for the product. ThIs is a TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered a product on 2 December 2025. I have been chasing the delivery for weeks. Initially the company claimed that it was delivered and I should ask my neighbours. I tracked it and it showed that it was delivered to a depot. The company now claim it is a loss that I have to pay for and will only refund some of the money.
20 emails later, there is still no money.

I ordered a product and noted they charged me £5 extra. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and my money returned. I sent several emails and the order was not cancelled and the extra £5 taken was not refunded.
Over 5 weeks later, they claimed the order had been delivered to me. Eventually they confirmed that the order was not delivered. They insisted I had to cover their loss for a product I ordered but did not receive.
They will only refund half of my money.

Ordered items on 7/12 still waiting but quite happy to take the payment , no reply to emails but yet can send discount and offers , still says unknown for delivery date when trying to track items . Wont be ordering again . Not even worth the one star .

Ordered 13/12/25 2 items as Christmas gifts.
No update received by 19/12/25 so asked to cancel was advised items dispatched so unable to cancel.
I said that since purchasing I've been getting notification that the items I bought are now £8.99 each ive been charged £28!!
They have said as I've bought these items at an already discounted price nothing will be done !

23/12/25 - No parcel my items are still not even in the UK !!!

If I could leave -100 stars, I would. I am not one to write reviews however I need to warn everyone stay as far away from this company as you can. I received three products totally not what I ordered. I sent screenshots of my order of what was sent and the packaging and I was told that was what I ordered when you can clearly say it was not They use a bogus shipping company to make you think the products are coming from Spain when actually they are coming from China. My order was $106. They tried to charge my credit card $127 and now that they’ve sent me three products which are not what I ordered. The latest offer now is US$25 and I was told that shipping back to China would cost way too much money so I am posting on everything I can so no one ever buys from this super fraudulent company.

The worst experience ever. After four weeks, I received the cheapest imitations, and the company managed to ruin my birthday and Christmas. NEVER BUY FROM THERE!

I ordered and paid for two necklaces. They never shipped them until I asked for my refund, then they admitted they STILL hadn’t shipped anything and would process a refund but with a 40% fee! I still haven’t received a dime.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. They are 100% Scam. They advertise good products at low prices however you will receive much inferior products. Please have nothing to do with them. So will simply be throwing your money away.

6/6/25 - 8/2/25:
From Facebook's pop-up solicition, I thought I was ordering from Laura Geller, but after receiving the confirmation email I realized I had been scammed. The receipt they emailed to me on 6/6/25 said I paid $36.43, but the actual amount they requested from PayPal was $49.13, so I immediately contacted PayPal to dispute the charge. After PayPal completed their investigation, PayPal refunded my money. Immediately after placing the order I received an email from Definitein with a tracking number, so I followed the tracking number every week. Tracking said the package left Italy and it arrived at an Atlanta, USA shipping facility, and after that it never went anywhere else. Evidently, it got lost in Atlanta, but since I was refunded the money by PayPal, it does not matter anyway. I would not order from this or any pop-up company on Facebook again.

Necklace was broken on arrival! Had obviously been packed like that too! Took well over a month to arrive...apparently got lost!
Best they said they could do is free replacement or small refund! And replacement would be best as less loss to me!.....and them I'm sure! Not waiting over a month for another rubbish necklace to arrive!
Bought a chain for it from argos.

The package ordered at the beginning of g of October has not yet arrived. Email fob me off laying blame to the carrier. I think the carrier is on foot from China! I wish I had checked reviews before I bought. I will take this further. This company is a scam
