We are a bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker, producing luxury dark chocolate without any additives. By sourcing directly from local producers, we use only high-quality, single-origin cacao to produce our unique chocolates. Our award-winning chocolate is sourced from only a handful of estates in the Dominican Republic and is carefully crafted through our micro-batch operation. The result is fine dark chocolate with rich and complex tasting notes. By ensuring each bar only uses cacao from a single estate, we maximise the tastes and tones of our chocolate. These unique flavours are what make our chocolate so distinctive. Much like fine wine, the unique flavours of our single-origin bars take time to develop. Let the chocolate melt on your tongue, enjoying the taste as it grows. Savour the subtle tasting notes you'll find in no other chocolate. This is Definite Chocolate.

Loved this chocolate brand
Loved this chocolate brand! My sister introduced me and I’m so impressed with the flavours and the depth of the dark cocoa. My favourite is the 80% with undertones of plum. Packaging is beautiful and would make a great gift. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Smooth, flavoursome and definitely moreish!
We recently received stock of various flavours of Definite Chocolate along with their Cacao Tea to sell at our shop in Peckham, SE15 making us the first UK retail outlet for these amazing products!
The Cacao Tea has the beautiful aroma and subtle taste of chocolate and is certainly a soothing drink.
The chocolates are smooth, flavoursome and proving impossible to just have one bite.
Our customers love them and so do we at Sip Drinks UK!

Thank you Kay! We are proud to be working with you and so happy your customers are enjoying our bars :-)
High quality. Would buy again.
This is high quality chocolate and is priced accordingly but it is worth it. Despite the high coca content, the chocolate is incredibly smooth and not bitter. The chocolate is well presented and makes a good present for others or a nice treat for yourself. I would purchase again.

Lovely flavour & textured chocolate to the highest quality
The chocolate comes nicely packaged and delivery was fast with excellent customer service given by Daniel. I tried all of the bars and must say it is quality chocolate with a lovely taste. My favourite was the Oko Caribe flavours both the 70 & 80% but they where all yummy in flavour and texture.

Happy little vegan
I was gifted 5 bars of Definite Chocolate recently to try and review on my Instagram @jessplantpower. I like that they’re vegan, natural and ingredients are locally sourced in the Dominican Republic. The Coffee & Sea Salt was my favourite one - delicious and smooth! Would definitely order some soon.

Had the pleasure to taste the 70% amd 100% chocolate from Definite chocolate. The 70% bar had a pleasant sweetness and great flavour complexity. The 100% was as complex and a very palatable intensity. The smooth texture just sealed the deal for me. Can’t wait to try more chocolate from Definite chocolate.

Delicious dark chocolate
Delicious dark chocolate. The quality of this chocolate is exceptional. I sometimes find dark chocolate to be too bitter and a bit chalky but Definite is so smooth and not bitter at all. Absolutely loved the 80%. Very fast delivery too.
